become a wider issues for every business. This topic is
crucial to analyse the impact on this transformation on
the employee productivity. During my business and
human resource study, I need to be aware about
employees problems and cause of workplace
transformation. This topic is suitable for my own
career as I want to be Human resource manager. I
would be able to improve my skills which is necessary
for motivating and retaining employees in the time of
complex crises. Therefore, the topic is crucial for own
understanding and finding common issues.

business are required to make new changes as to grow
their business in pandemic. The business is getting
slower down as employees are not getting proper
guidance and instructions. Therefore, pandemic has
bring a lot of change in market in which online selling
is one of them.

impact of the transformation on employees
productivity during pandemic. It has analysed that the
transformation will bring new innovation and

pandemic for attracting large audience. Employees
productivity might get low as they are not getting clear
guidance due to the condition of remote working. They
might not work effectively in this situation which will
lower down their performance. Therefore, it is crucial
for the understanding for understanding need of
