The main purpose of selecting this topic is to analyse the impact of global pandemic accelerating workplace
transformation. Such workplace modifications derive the purpose of enabling innovation, flexibility and agility
for progressively mobile as well as scattered workforce. It would positively reflect towards enhanced
personality as well as growth of person. Physical working environment seems to affected because of pandemic
whereby conglomerate should comply with hybrid practices into day to day business operations.

consequences all around. Also, there is no change in consequences but it has created some of the dramatic
alterations that clearly specifies how business conduct deal effectively as per the customer requirements.
Theme 2 - Significance of workplace transformation
As denoted by Stecher and Soto Roy (2019), transformation at workplace plays decisive role in formulating the
moral of employee and overall productivity of business practices. It usually consist of various benefits
regarding to employee terms which can be stated as empowering them to uplift their working with the
purpose of enhancing productivity and morale. Workplace can be termed as culture of intangible ecosystem
which formulate some crucial areas of work as well as other places such as noxious. Similarly, workplace
transformation is recognized as important for carrying out best from individual even in such contrary
circumstances. So these transformations will be helpful to develop further development which would create
productive organization and employee efficiency as well.

Research Type:
The research type is used to form the research, usually it consists of two methodologies likely qualitative and
quantitative. In this current study, researcher consider Qualitative approach to get in depth understanding
about broad range of theoretical outcomes and well as information for the selected topic.
Research Approach:
This method is the planned process whereby it includes several steps for broad assumption which is used for
collection, interpretation and analysis. There are two essential components such as inductive and deductive
whereby researcher will make use of inductive approach to provide the actual conclusion through collected

data as going from specific to general. It will be advantageous for researcher to maximize the feasibility in
results.
Research Philosophy:
This process deals with knowledge, assumptions as well as nature of study, forms out with specific way of
formulating knowledge. It has two core components such as interpretivism, positivism. Interpretivism
philosophy will be utilize by researcher in order to focus over subjective experiences of individual and further
assessing best results.
Data collection:
The collection of data is systematic approach of gathering convenient information and measurement, it
comprises of two major sources for collection of data such as primary and secondary. Whereas researcher will
make effective use of both primary and secondary data for better planning and appraised outcomes. While
primary data will be considered with the help of survey and secondary data would be considered by books and
journals and other relevant articles.
Data analysis:
It is method of systematically applying logical as well as statistical techniques for defining, gauging and
illustrating data. Data analysis has two types likely to be known as thematic and statistical whereas for
researcher thematic data will be favourable to identify interesting themes and patterns in data which would
further assist to get better analysis.
Sampling:
It indicates specific group of participants from whom actual data would be collected for conducting primary
research. It has two types of sampling such as probability and non-probability. Similarly, probability sampling is
the suitable approach that will be considered by researcher to provide fair likelihoods of getting selected to
individual. In this current research 30 working employees of Imaginera will be highlighted to conduct the
appropriate survey and make brief discussions.
Ethical consideration:
Ethical considerations indicate bunch of principle that assist in guiding research practice and designs. Proper
knowledge about research, simplicity for relevant topics and securing the right of individuals will be some
specific key ethics which would be followed by researcher in this study.
