INTRODUCTION
Workforce transformation is the method of enhancing workforce abilities
and as well as tools to manage consistent flow of variations in the business tactics.
Workforce transformation are classified in four fields of innovation, enhancing
competitive sections, environmental effects and staff faculty self – governing.
