The franchise of Keller William is engaged in number of services and with this regard the
workplace changes made by the organization and their impact or significance would be
examined.
P1 Produce a research proposal that clearly defines a research question or hypothesis
supported by a literature review.
RESEARCH QUESTIONS (S)/ HYPOTHESIS
1. What is the usefulness of implementing workforce transformation in an organisation?
2. What are some strategies to bring workforce transformation in the organization?
3. What challenges come on the way while implementing workplace changes in the
company?
RESEARCH AIM AND OBJECTIVES
Aim:
“To examine the strategies that drive workforce transformation in digital age”. A case study on
the Keller William.
Objectives:
To identify the concept and prominence of workforce transformation in the management.
To analyse various workforce transformation strategies used in Keller William.
To examine several challenges confronted by Keller William while carry out implementation of
workforce transformation strategies in the organization.
Rationale:
The study is highly relevant in the prevailing circumstances. Specifically, after global

competitive and lucrative in the market. The study is executed to examine the impacts on Keller
William. It would be helpful for different stakeholders to nurture the conviction of workplace
changes and its usefulness.
2

LIMITATION OF THE STUDY
The study is being carried out keeping all relevant dimensions in mind yet due to some
limitations such as time and resources there may be some discrepancies. It has just considered 30
sample units so there is scope of making changes. At the same time for data collection
questionnaire was used so it might be possible that some sensitive issues would have left to be
asked.
P2 Examine appropriate research methods and approaches to primary and secondary
research
LITERATURE REVIEW
Concept and significance of workforce transformation in the management
as per the views of Meske, (2019) workplace transformation is the process of making
some changes in the workplace of an organization in order to hike their capability of making
profits and confronting market circumstance. It is quite significant since for an organization
being stagnant in the market may bring catastrophic situations.
Contrasting to the above views Mićić, et. al. (2022) articulated that the workplace
transformation must be seen as inculcation of not only workplace circumstances but also making
prominent changes in the behaviour and attitude of workforce. In the present market age there is
need to have strong ability to develop great customer satisfaction, it is only possible with drastic
workplace transformation.
It is very much helpful since it brings dynamism in workforce strategy, supervision,
sourcing, planning, experience of workers, and their skills etc. In this age organizations cannot
afford any dissatisfaction of employees so there is need to have such mechanism which
eradicates stagnant state.
Analysing various workforce transformation strategies used in Keller William
From the views of Ljubiša, (2021) there are multiple strategies which can be taken into
consideration for the purpose of bringing workforce transformation. Yet there are some
prominent methods which can be used by an organization in order to get thrived.
Change management is one of the must need. Keller William is engaged in real estate
business. The business is getting developed with faster rate, but along with progress there is wide
range of issues are also coming. With this regard, the business is supposed to articulate its
change management so can be remained competitive.

For making drastic workplace transformation the organization is aligned toward radical
policies such as timely evaluation of its performance, collaboration, employee performance
assessment etc. Noor-Ilander, (2021) suggested that for an organization assessing its existing
process, measuring the outcomes, paving way for better communication etc. are needed in
attempt to impart mammoth workplace transformations.
Opposing the views shared above Annapurna and Murty, (2019) supported the argument
that the organization is needed to enforce workplace changes not only by complying with
strategies but there is inevitable requirement to assess the market circumstances and mood of
customers. It paves way to offer the best sets of services to them.
As the study carried out by Deloitte revealed that the performance of Keller William has
been satisfactory when it comes to workplace transformation. The organization is timely making
assessments to decipher the needs. The real estate market has always been highly competitive
and drastic in nature so with same strategies and workplace practices an organization cannot be
lasted for longer.
Examining several challenges confronted by Keller William while carry out
implementation of workforce transformation strategies in the organization
According to Meske and Junglas, (2021) it is not a handy task for an organization to
simply bring such transformation at workplace. Since, there are multiple aspects are to be dealt
with. If an organization is striving to bring workplace transformation, then it is supposed to face
some challenges. These challenges are those obstacles which do nothing but hinder the way of
implementation.
Keller William faced some challenges. The organization is well stablished and having great
experience of market. Yet there have been some realms where it faced severe challenges and got
befitted. George and Bajbair, (2021) shared the views that one of the biggest challenge was
deficiency of the knowledge executives possess. The executives were not ready and not meeting
requirements which let it to get dipped.
At the same time, there has been issue of gape of ability with technological developments,
lack of proper collaboration and connectivity related solutions, discrepancy in term of digital
transformation ability etc. For even management it has been a tough nut to get their employees
prepared for adopting changes.

RESEARCH METHODOLOGY
Research philosophy –
To carry out the research Positivism research philosophy has been used. This philosophy was
found the most suitable one in attempt to fulfil requirements of this research. Due to limitations
in term of both time can cost the research philosophy has been taken into focus. There was
another research philosophy “Interpretivisim was available but it has some issues such as higher
cost and time need. Due to these reasons Positivism philosophy was used.
Research approach –
There are two main approaches deductive and inductive. To fulfil the requirements of this report
deductive approach was used. Since in this research approach some individual applications and
consequences get deducted from some general principles. Keeping the requirements of this
research this approach was found the most suitable one and it got implemented for fulfilment of
research purpose.
Research strategy –
There are multiple strategies or tactics which can be used for fulfilment of research aim. For
instance- Experimental research, case study research, activities research, survey etc. were
available. So, in this research report survey was conducted in order to gather primary data. There
are two types of data sources and for getting higher quality data to use in the research, primary
data was given priority and a survey was conducted to get the information (Meske and Junglas,
2021)
Research choice –
A research has two choices, qualitative and quantitative type of research. Mainly it depends on
the research aim and objectives which guide the choice. In this research it was found that for
making the findings useful, and revealing some deeper insights there is need to use quantitative
research. As it is being experienced that for this aim, a survey was carried out where some
questions have been fabricated to gather information form the respondents.
Data collection –
Data collection can be defined as a set of process, where data is being collected in order to fulfil
needs of a research study. In this research both secondary and primary data was used (Rakovic,
Sakal and Matkovic, 2022)
