FINDINGS & OUTCOMES Presentation of the survey results Speaking in relation with the current research work, the researcher has selected only primary data collection method for accumulating information with the help of conducting survey of 30 managers working in British Tobacco company. The survey was being conducted with the support of questionnaire. The sample was also selected from the population through adopting simple random sampling technique. The questionnaire has included close ended questions.
