INTRODUCTION Individual work to you there several basic needs that are essential for their and their family's life such as food clothing housing and many more. When such basic requirements are get fulfilled then various needs and desires are upraised in respect to create an effective and relaxed life (Tudy, 2021). As there are various stimulating variables that encourage employees to perform their tasks and achieve all their goals and targets in an effective manner. In the following report various factor which motivates employee to work has been discussed and the positive and negative factor employs experience as a result of the job roles are also mentioned. Apart from that, various strategies are covered in this report to overcome the negative aspects. TASK Concept of motivation Motivationisconsideredandrelyonthefunctionalandphysicalauthoritiesthat stimulates and motivates and individual or the group of individual to achieve that task in an effective manner. As there are various sort of motivation like internal and external motivation that will lead an individual towards their effective targets and aims as suitably. It is determined by psychological thoughts that will increase the motivation by promoting the orientation in an individual. The distant manner of thoughts will depends on the Maslow's hierarchal need that is the motivational theory (Hafermalz, 2021). Generally, the manner of benefits is offers as per to the performance of an individual towards their work. As there are two factors of motivation that are as follows – Internalmotivation–Internal motivation is connected and linked with the intrinsic factors of the individuals who gets encouraged from their inner approaches. Externalmotivation–Externalmotivationcomesfromextrinsicfactors.Inthe management the organisational groups and staff faculty are increased by various external motivational factor and diverse benefits like financial and non- financial both are offered to them by which employees will perform better and will accomplish their targets and goals as effectively and efficiently. Maslow’s need of hierarchy
Maslow's hierarchy of need theory will enables the management to examine and know the requirements of an individual arise in definite hierarchical way. After satisfaction of all the basic requirements the necessity of advanced wants of individual will get higher. Basic requirements -As there are several basic and essential requirements that are important for individuals like food water and shelter. The basic requirement of an individual satisfied by getting the benefits as per to their work. Safety need -All individual required to carry their life harmless and secure. As the individual will not get harm and will freely live their well- being life in the management (Raygoza,Norris, and León, 2021). On the other side, the management will help the individuals with security strategies and offered them various insurance policies by which they can live their life by safety and security. Love and belongingness need -Every individual required to have good relations and dealings in performing the work in persuasive manner. As compared to the spotless it is important that all of the individual are assess the sections in the management and their executive will also encourage them and support them to perform managerial operations as effectively and efficiently. Esteem Need -As per to esteem need it is term that the individual want respect in organisation (Dima, Schmitz, and Șimon, 2021). In business all the individual should be given suitable worth and respect that will help them to satisfying their esteem needs. Self- actualization Need -It is the upper level requirement in Maslow need of hierarchy. Self- realisation involves the individual requirements to achieve in their life. The various factors which motivate employees to work As there are several amount of mechanism that motivate and encourage the individual to perform work as effectively in the business of management that are as follows – Salary –As it is demonstrable factor that all of the individual who work in the management have same purpose and that are monetary benefits. It might be seen that advantages and rewards is one of the mechanism that motivated individual to perform their work in the business of management (Bresciani,and et.al., 2021). As there are several factors that will encourage individual to work in a definite way and increase higherworkperformance.Furthermore,bonuswillsupporttoincreaseemployee motivation in management. Workplace–Thefunctioningenvironmentofthemanagementwillencourage individuals and employees and keep them performing in the management. It might be seeing that by assuming the individual are given a definite work space by which they should perform their work. The individuals will performs their operations and function in terms of a better workplace by which they get highly motivated to accomplish their goals and targets. Promotions–Developmentandpromotionplaysanessentialroleinincreasing individual to perform work as effectively. It might be seen that the individual work effectively when they have the manner in which management offers them promotion for their effective hard work. Promotion and career growth opportunities will help them in working harder and achieving the goals as effectively. It will support the individual with performing for longer interval of time in the management. The positive and negative factors employees experience as a result of their job roles Positive factors As there are various sort of factors and component that suppose individual to increase their positive working experience in there defined job role (Wong, and Nguyen, 2021). Some of the positive factors are as follows - Effective connection with other associates -Individual who develop and maintain effective relationships for the longer period of time by which they can perform their working and dealings in same management. It will motivates them to work in positive
and patient and effective environment with their staff faculty. It might be seen that the individual will help each other and have a good dealings with other individual who will perform their obligations. On the other side, it will increase the performance of individual in the business of management. Organization's financial stability– The financial condition of the management with have a direct impact on working of individual (Joseph, and et.al., 2021). On the other side, management offers various opportunities to their employees by which they can manage positive and effective dealings in management and through it they will have a lot of benefits and economic welfares for their employees on regular term by which employees will get motivated and have concentrated viewpoint towards the management and their roles. Financial advantages will help in holding the employees positive attitude towards their work and towards their respective management. Learning and advancement- If employees will get higher term of opportunities of learning and advancement by which they will get proper training to overcome their faults and mistakes and will develop new terms of capabilities and the essence of knowledge. It will improve their strength and manner of work in the business of management and as well as employees will accomplish their career goals as effectively and efficiently. It will supports them in motivating the individual and hold them working in management for a longer period of time as positively. Negative factors In the manner of management there are different negative factor that will involves the negative impact on the performance of individual and various sections of fork in terms of individual in several way. It will demotivate the individuals and employees and their working performance will get affected negatively(Morgan, Foster, and George, 2021). All such sort of negative factors are as follows - Discrimination -Discrimination is an effective or efficient factor that will increase the negative impact among individuals and also on their job roles by which they will get negative experiences. If the business of management will not treat their individuals equally and will treat them discriminately on the basis of colour age nationality it will have a negative impact on individual performance. Individual will also have the right to
work in an effective atmosphere without discrimination and if there is discrimination then it will decrease the managerial global performance as negatively. Ineffective management -If there is no suitable structure that are managed by the management in terms of assigning work duties and controls as well as not offering any importance to their individuals it will have a direct impact on individuals performance (HASEKİ, GÜNDÜZ, and DÖLEKOĞLU, 2021). As it will termed as an ineffective management or improper management. Providing access work -By providing extra work to individual it will develop burden on them and it will create an impact on individual's performance in the business of management. The business of management will develop creative thoughts in terms of individual by which they will get motivates their individuals and support them to take part in their managerial courses of actions or activities. All such factor increase negative working experiences of individual in organisation with their respective job role. CONCLUSION From the above mentioned report it has been concluded that, individual our work to execute all their requirements and designers in an effective way. Motivation is and efficient factor that supports an individual to enhance their working performance, productivity and profitability in management. As there are various positive and negative factor that will have impact on individual. Management will consider all such factors and create efficient sections by which they can overcome in respect to motivate employees and hold them with the management for longer period.
