(1)Different types of leadership styles
(1.1)Dictatorial leadership style
In this type of leadership style, each and every business decision is made by the leader. Alone leader is
responsible and authorised to make every decisions. There is a single control of the leader on every
situation of the business. Leader only listen the suggestions of his subordinates but he has the rights to
take the decision by himself. This type of leadership only focus on the leader, it does not consider any
employee in decision making part (K Randeree, 2012).
(1.2)Autocratic and Authoritarian Style
This type of leadership style also focuses on the decision making by leader with a very little
participation of the employee and other members of the Company. In this leadership style, leader only
gives instructions to his team members. He makes the decisions independently without considering the
advice of others and clearly gives orders to its subordinates regarding his procedures and policies (D Al
Rahbi, 2017). There is a very clear difference between the leader and the subordinates because the juniors
have to obey the policies of the leader and work according to the opinion and choice of the leader (PD
Harms, 2018).

(1.3)Democratic leadership style
It is also known as participative style of leadership. In this style of leadership, team members take
participate in each and every small decision taken by the leaders of the Company. Although the final
decisions are taken by the leader but still all the team members are encouraged to share their ideas and
views about any problem inside the Company. While making any decision, leader takes care about the
opinion of his team members (N Bhatti, 2012).
(1.4)Consultative leadership style
In this type of leadership style focuses on consulting with subordinates and uses their ideas and views
about decisions. This approach delegate the power of making decisions to its subordinates but hold the
power to interfere in the joint decisions of the team members. The leader only keeps the rights of final
decisions to him and gives the power to its team members and subordinates for making any decision on
behalf of the management (A Ismail, 2010).

(2)Personal development planning technology
Personal development methodology is a type of technology that is focused on the particular person’s
growth and development. It focuses on the planning related to those people who are extremely
dedicated towards their own growth and learning (Robert Goodspeed, 2017). Personal development is the
most important and integral part in the life of the employees. Following are the steps which are required
to plan the personal development:
(1) Realization and recognition of the need for growth.
(2) Analysis of the situation which demands for changes and growth (Robert Goodspeed, 2017).
(3) Prioritization of the current challenges of the situation.
(4) Setting the goals related to personal development. It may be related to the achievements of
certain targets or may be related to the daily working performance.
(5) Make an operational plan by defining necessary activities which are required for the personal
growth of the employees. Activities are defined with respect to time.
(6) Execution of the required activities for development and growth.
(7) Constantly monitoring the execution of the activities for achieving the success in personal
growth.
(8) If there are some modifications and alterations are required then it has to be done for the proper
implementation of the growth plan.
(9) One should appreciate the gain after achieving the targets related to the activities.
(10)One should keep on motivating himself towards the achievement of success (Robert Goodspeed,
2017).
