Human resources management plays vital role towards the success of the organization as they help
in building the strong and diverse workforce of business.
The current presentation will be based on Human resources management area and the topic of
proposal will be the impact of organization culture over the diversity management practices of the
company Zara.
The presentation will cover the smart objectives, key performance indicator, literature review, data
collection method and project execution plan such as WBS, timeline, budget, resources and
proposed outcomes.

OVERVIEW OF ZARA ORGANIZATION
Zara is a Spanish based apparel retailer that have its headquarter in Arteixo, Spain.
The company offers fast fashion products such as clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty
and perfumes.
Zara is one of the largest apparel retailer of the world which have around 2270 stores all over the
world.
My domain area is Human resources management that are liable and entitled for the successful
creation of strong diverse workforce within the organization.
