Further in these report recruitment strategies is going to be discussed and development of employees is going to be covered. In the end literature review is going to be done upon. MAIN BODY HR management is that part of management of an organization in which employees are being prepare as a valuable asset to an organization in order to help them in achieving of goals and objectives that has been set-up by an organization. Also this management is responsible for selection of candidatewhich is fit for performing job. Human resources management is responsible to ensuring of health, safety and employment generation of an organization like Zara. Human resourcesdescribe the people who make up the workforce of an organization, industry, business sector, or economy. "Humancapital" is sometimes used synonymously with "human resources", althoughhumancapital typically refers to a narrower effect. A human resource department of an organization is responsible for management of these resources and takes into consideration of various aspects of employment and labor law. Also standards is required to be seen with administration of benefits of employees Then recruitment process is also done by these management of the candidates applied for the job by checking their documents and record. Overview of organization Zara SA is Spanish apparel that has its base in Arteixo in Galicia. The company specializesin fast fashion and products include clothing, accessories, shoes, swimwear, beauty and perfumes also. It is the largest company that is being owned by Inditex group, world’s largest retail organization. Stores of Zara consist of both men and women clothing and also children’s clothing. Zara also has home design which is located in Europe. All products of Zara is being supplied on the basis of trend in market. It has better supply chain that is being able to provide products and reach to customers easily. All clothing is being distributed to all centre of Spain. Also new items is being tagged and loaded into trucks.

Recruitment process is going to be very helpful for an organization like ZARA in a manner that it is going to make him get variety of applicants which is to be provided and also selecting of right candidate for the job. Getting an best applicant role of competitive advantage for an organization like Zara is going to be very effective because selection and recruitment is going to result into increase of productivity, skills and is also going to make an positive impact upon growth of organization. Selection In this pool of candidate is required to be identified through process of recruitment and one of the most capable candidate is being selected and has to be identified through process which includes limited interview, checking and testing. This process of selection is going to be helpful for Zara in order to ensure that best employee is being appointed for the role and performers it with full dedication.
