Zenefits is a company that helps in making the public service much easier and well
organized. They have a team of highly well-educated people who have expert knowledge in the
field of HR related works. They help in sharing the burden of all the companies by giving them
automated technological solutions, These solutions help them make their HR related works much
easier, quicker and well organized. All these works are done through software and technologies
rather than doing them manually. Their main motto is to empower people and make their lives
much easier and smooth (Kenney & Zysman, 2016).

such works. Apart from this, there are also many entrepreneurs and many business persons who
usually have to spend a huge time in looking after all the HR works. This makes them lose much
time and focus which they could have otherwise rendered in many other areas that would have
helped them to develop and increase their business. It is for these reasons that Zenefits comes up
with a solution they tie up with all the software companies like the Google suit, Uber, abacus,

concentrate on other functions of the business. So, Zenefits brings to them a one-stop solution to
all the problems. One good example can be the Office 365. This has immense use for the MNCs
and many other such small and large-scale startups that have to maintain a huge amount of data
including c relation of the new email id and the portals of the employees, entering their personal
details, keeping a track of the employees being hired and also the employees that are being
terminated. Office 365 helps in creating a one-stop cloud storage system that helps in learning,

The first change that I would like to make if this was my business model is business expansion.
Unless I expand my business in many other regions, I will not be able to get a good number of

areas to complain. I will always try and keep alternatives so that there are no losses due to any

Thus, it can be concluded that Zenefits is doing a very good work by helping the
companies to carry on their HR related works in a smooth and error-free manner. However, it has
to focus on the customer services. They must try and give a personal touch in all their services.
They must constantly keep on upgrading themselves so that they can battle against any
competition that they might face from other firms.
