All these works are done through software and technologies rather than doing them manually. Their main motto is to empower people and make their lives much easier and smooth(Kenney & Zysman, 2016). Apart from this, there are also many entrepreneurs and many business persons who usually have to spend a huge time in looking after all the HR works.
