development
Through my learnings of module, I found that personal learning plays an important
role in the personal life of an individual. It is essential for an individual to grow the skills
personally as well as professionally. For the same purpose it is necessary for individual to set
a goal so that the individual can work and attain the skills for the purpose of achieving that
goal. This development of skills makes the individual Eenadu laughing the full potential to
attain the goal. It also result in the increment in the capability is of doing something in the
most effective as well as productive manner. Development and learning is found as ongoing
process that start from the young age of children and last till the last breath of human. Buy
this learning module I am able to analyse my skills and capability is as well as the area where
I am lacking aur want to grow myself in that area. It also help me in knowing about the
several ways through which I can achieve the aspiration of my life. Several of sessions also
help me to know about what I want to achieve in my life and make me able to do any task

entrepreneur in an effective and efficient manner. During this module I learnt that personal
development plan help the individual to analyse what they want to develop and how an
individual can improve the pacified skills. I will also make an effective Action Plan which
will help me in outlining my personal development. In addition to this it will give useful
assistance to me to reach by potential.

Communication skills: I have analysed that I have good communication skills which
help me in putting myself up front and talk with someone effectively. It is necessary
for a good entrepreneur to have good communication skills which the entrepreneur
used to communicate the decisions guidelines orders related to the organisation.

manage his routine and work. Managing time can affect my personal and work life as
well. I would like to improve in this area because I feel that sometimes I miss
deadlines and work allotted to me was not completed on time. Hence, to become a
