several websites discussing the issue. In this comparative study, we will make a discussion on
two different articles published on two different websites on the issue of employee morale and

Comparison of websites
In terms of presentation of articles, both the websites are having some similarities and
dissimilarities in terms of the concept of authority, accuracy, appropriateness, and objectivity.
Chron.com : this website focuses on the employee morale issues that are faced by the
organization on day to day basis. The article that has been published on the website is based on
the evidence of polling information and surveys from the managers. The articles that have been
published on the website are based on the thoughts of corporate executives on the basis of latest

Chron.com was founded by John Mc. Keon , and Xen .com was founded by Brian Halligan. So ,
in terms of similarities in both the websites , we will consider that both the websites are
authorized by big information and media channels. In terms of differences in authority both the
websites are different as Chron.com focuses on the issues related to business, that will provide
information to the executives. On the other hand, the Xen.com focusses on the issue in such a
way that it is beneficial for society as well as for corporates.

In terms of objectivity both the websites are working independently in terms of presentation of
data and information, as the matter will be published after market research. The information that
has been published on both the sites about the employee morale and productivity is based on the
