support from stakeholder and increating strong reputation in market- a study on Kings Hotel
Background of study
Corporate social responsibility is one of the important fuction for the business which
helps it gain identity in the society. The organisations overall reputation increases with the
activities they perform for the development of the society.It helps the organistions to compete in
the market and develop strategy for their furthur important function for business development.
It is based on implementing social help to the society by donating some part of its profit sharing.
The main aim behind implementing the activities is to gain positive impact from society and to
increase its reputation and develop its competitive advantages (Heismann, 2016 ). There are
different type of CSR activities which organization perform for different part of the society and
some of its policies are based on human right, ethical issues, social and environment factors .
The current study is conducted to identify the different types of issues which companies face at
the time of implementing different CSR activities. The interest of stakeholders increases if the
organisation develops reputation based on their CSR initiatives and it also increases the interest
of customer.
Research Objectives:
To study the impact of execution of Corporate social responsibility initiative
To analyse the impact of increasing strong reputation in the market on the company .
To recommend ways through which Kings Hotel can make effective image in
competitive market.
Research question:
What are the impacts of execution of Corporate social responsibility initiative with
support from stakeholder?
What are the benefits of increasing strong reputation in the market on the company?

Different activities will take different time and resources to complete. Topic research and
problem statement have taken 3 weeks and costs 400 Rs. Further, problem statement, research
allocation, literature review and research methodology are completed in 9 weeks and costs them
1000 rs approximately. Total cost, implementation of data and judgement issues taken 11 weeks
to complete. Furthermore, conclusion, recommendation and final submission have taken 10 to
