INTRODUCTION
Every organisation wants to grow in the market inn successful manner. As to run the
business effectively it is very necessary for the firm to carry out all its activities in the best
possible way. The management has to be very carefully done by the higher authority or top level
management team. The assignment of the work has to be done in very appropriate manner so that
the workers can be able to perform the task effectively (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). The
proper management system has to be followed so when ever the problem get arise all the
employees can be aware and able to tackle the obstacles.
The training and development also has to be carried out by the management to all the
employees. All the information are be to conveyed properly to each and every person related to
the firm. In this report Elm tree hotel's Corporate social responsibility act is been carried out as
to run a successful business in the market. The aims and objectives and research types that the
firm has followed will be studying in this assignment.

ethical and legal aspects. Therefore CSR programmes and activities planned by higher
authorities of the company. There are following objectives and goals those are below:
Topic- The ELM TREE Hotel has to be re-branded as CSR programmes in market.
Aims- The major company's aim is to provide better and appropriate services to customers as
per their needs, which helps to effectively full fill their requirements. Service quality and
working system of the business is important elements by which attain an brand image in market.
Company should conduct better training program for employees, which they can learn and will

the organisation.
Objectives- There are some following objectives of CSR projects those are given below:

the information which are relevant in the project operations.

to make out several strategies and planning (Ajmal, Helo and Kekäle, 2010). Every information
that are collected by the research study are to be properly evaluated and analysed for the further
aspect. I have to do proper monitoring of the activities that are been done by the employees. As
to obtain the results in effective manner I have to prepare work break down structure and Gantt
chart so that every task of the project can be appropriately done. Also the employees and
managers has to develop new techniques and have to use various CSR activities which will help
the firm in expanding and diversifying the business (Kerzner, 2013).
CONCLUSION
The report study helps in understanding the need of different methods and functions of
management to perform the business operation in effective manner. To run the business in
successful way the roles and responsibility has to be followed thoroughly. We have concluded
the aims and objective of Corporate social responsibility also a small scale research study has
been done to understand the needs of the market. The planning related to the budget, cost, scope,
time and communication are described. The proper allocation of the resource, data collection and
analysing criteria are studied. We also have recommended and suggested various aspects that are
conceived by the research study.
