experience towards the company in order to work in the organisation. A good employee
induction program helps company to make their employees to contribute more efficiently and
effectively in the organisation for achieving the organisational goals. This makes employee to

associated with the organisational objectives and policies. Employee induction make employee
confident in order to successfully conduct their job. This will also help in making employee

sociable in which manager need to arrange a get together or a team lunch on the first day of their

organisation. In last managers needs to get their new employees settled in the working
environment in the organisation. This makes managers ensued that the new employees have
proper equipment in order to conduct their work in the organisation.

activity. This can also be defined as combination of physical, technological and psychological
