INTRODUCTION
Corporate social responsibility is an action that may be defined as the program which an
organisation can be able to prepare so that, it can avail benefits from market. At present time, in
a society there are various issues and problems that get arise due to numerous reason, as to help
society's people a company can put effort and can take initiatives. With the introduction of this
action by any company it can be able to attain the sustainable objectives and will also be able to
survive in market for long time period (Akut-Daan, 2011).
The company that has been chosen for this study is Nisa retail, it is a private limited retail
organisation which is having 1,020 shareholders who are very actively contributing their shares
for the operations and actions. Revenue that company has earned is approximately 1.5 billion
euro.
In this assignment, company's aims and objective related to implementation of CSR
activities will be discussed, along with that proper project management plan will also be made to
understand when and what time will be taken to carry out entire process. Small scale research
study will also be conducted here.

The current market scenario is very crucial, as to survive it has become very necessary
for the company to carry out CSR activities as because this will provide benefits to firm, along
with that it will also be getting competitive advantage in market (SILvIuS and et. al., 2012) .
More customers will be attracted towards company's services and products this will lead in an
effective working culture. Employees will also get motivated and perform their 100% in all tasks
allotted to them.
Corporate social responsibilities is introduced by Nisa retail so that it can be able to draw
in attention of customers and can provide add on services to people of society. As company is
carrying out small business activities therefore it can not able to plan a very big project, hence it
will be planning to implement a plan which is suitable as for its operation and business (Bell and
Hoque, 2012). Till now company has not yet practised any CSR project, now it is planning to do
so.
