more productive. As millennials are thinkers, they assess the situation of a company and work
with full enthusiasm when they find out that their employer is fulfilling their social
responsibilities. It is considered that a strong team requires strong ethics due to which it is
important to empower millennials by these ethics. A common vision can help employees to work
with true motivation. It is usual to expect return by shareholders, but this expectation is not for
viable when it comes to employees as they go office regularly out their efforts but cannot ask for
any return due to which they has motivate them with a small percentage of development.
