research experience and accomplishment. Involving in this research reflect that a person involve
a law profession where they need to focus on the topic that is used to gain profitable results in
their professional field. This portfolio involve the process that approach within discussion and
helps in improving overall performance.
Describe the process that went through in approaching discussion
In this research portfolio a student highly focuses on process that they adopts to complete
the research on time. In this individual need to focus on improving their legal and justice system
knowledge and due to this they need to put high attention on the issues related to decolonization
movement. Conducting this research helps in gaining the knowledge regarding the
decolonization. In this firstly student take the help of internet for doing secondary research that
helps in providing fruitful results within the future context. The first thing that I can did is to gain
the knowledge regarding the legal and justice system by taking more attention on the
decolonization movement. It is a type of movement that grants independence to colonies so that
people live within that community take decision prominently and effectively.
Secondly to gain the knowledge student focus on that discussion about decolonization
movement as it is helpful to improve justice and legal system. That represents that criminal
justice is not only beneficial to deal with the issues raised in society based on discrimination. In
this it is very essential to take legal action for improving the culture of society.
The first thing to conduct the research appropriately is to focus on be specific related to
topic and it should be done by taking help of books, journals, articles that are raised through
internet.
After that collect essential point that are useful to gain knowledge regarding improvement

Hence, it improves the overall performance of a person and motivates them to think
differently.
 By determining individual strength and weaknesses support in think differently because
due to this a person examine own strength and weakness that helps in overcoming
weakness that shine the success in doing this particular research.
 By practicing clear communication student maximizing performance at work that helps
in think differently from other person so that their overall performance is to be improved
properly.
 To think different it is very essential to create a schedule and take breaks. This creates
flexibility in person behavior that helps in enhance overall performance. By taking breaks
develops a fresh mind that helps a person to gain profitable results.
Reflection of improvement done in skills
By involving within this research based on gaining knowledge regarding legal and justice
system on decolonization movement helps in improving several skill such as research skill,
internet savvy skill, communication skill, time management skill etc. As I am involved in the
profession of law it is essential to have a communication skill to communicate with clients so
that productive results are attained in future professional field. by involving within this research
portfolio I analyzed that my overall communication skill is weak and to improve it I can take the
different sessions such as group discussion, talking with seniors to discuss about facts and figure.
This helps in enhancing capability of individual to sustain in the business world. And in this I
also need to focus on regular practicing on time management and communication skill as it
provide sustainable results in work life balance. To improve the research skill I focused on

indulging in the several research so that in future business world I enjoy more profitable
opportunity. Therefore, this module is helpful to overcome with the issue of decolonization
movement so that more productive results are gain. It is very essential to have an improved skill
because it provides high opportunities within law profession.
How difficult or easy to engage critically in discussion
By examine and indulging within the particular research portfolio is to be critically
examined that in collecting information I would face the issue and difficulty because of having
low knowledge regarding internet savvy. But in this module I take the help of seniors and
faculties that encourage me to find the relevant information using internet books, articles, journal
etc. in this research I also focus on collecting information regarding the several laws and
regulation which was imposed by government of nation and it could be easy for me to collect
and gain information regarding these laws in improving decolonization movement because the
profession in which this research is conducted is based on law. In law knowledge of law and
regulation is crucial that helps in gathering relevant data that helps in improving justice and legal
system knowledge so that I would focus on improving the colonies freedom and enhance their
living standard. By setting goals and personal benchmark it become easy to complete the whole
study on time.
