The source chosen for this task is the online information source in form of the website.
This source is very good because of the reason that it is easily accessible by any person from any
where in the world. This is because of the reason that this source is in form of a website which
can be accessed by any person all over the world. The present source that is an information on
the internet is a good source because it provides for the current information. In the present source
also, the information was current that is of year 2019 only (The pros and cons of globalization,
2019). Also, all the information provided in the article are very relevant to the present culture.
This is because of the reason that this article outlines the benefits of using globalization
which helps overall country and the different companies. The other point is authority. The author
of the article is the head of the project in Bertelsmann Stiftung which is provides authentication
to the article that the information is correct. The last point is accuracy which means that how
accurate the information provided within the article is. This is also important because if the
information is not accurate then no reader will like the information. the accuracy can be checked
by analysing the fact that how many views have the article got or how many people have used
the information from these articles and many other.
TASK 4
Paraphrasing
As per the latest survey by PwC it is articulated that 88 % young people wish to work for
a company whose values are relating to their own values. This not just but 86 % of youngster
states that they think of leaving the employer, if the employers do not fulfil their corporate social
responsibility up to their expectations. Also, this research outlines ways in which young people
looks for their fulfilment of their career and reshapes the workplace according to their thinking.
As a result of this the now the employers cannot just say to the employees for issues like gender
diversity, equality, sustainability and many other.
This is due to the fact that young people do not listen to any one and for this employer
have to tackle the young millennial more actively. These workers are more enthusiastic and
energetic when they know that they are doing some big work as the millennial are big picture

thinker. It is not enough for the business to be just socially ethical but also to incorporate and
internalise the purpose driven attitude if they want to attract young workforce. If business wants
to be successful then team ethos needs to be very high and this motivates the person and they
come together for working for a common objective. It is a fact that shareholder expect return
form company and this motivates them but for an employee a powerful motivator is that fact that
even a small part of their daily work is contributing in socially good causes.
TASK 5
Paragraph using the source
The assisted suicide is a type of suicide undertaken with the help of another person. With
the help of the articles and YouTube video and the other source that is The Economist, The
Guardian outlines that a man who was paralysed in the YouTube video is fighting for the right to
die and also took his case in the high court. This is a both a correct way and also is an unethical
way. That is why in some countries this is legal and, in some countries, this is not legal. This is
because of the reason that in case of paralysed man it is correct as he is already suffering from
the disease and is better if it chose assisted suicide. However, this is not correct in every
situation. This is because of the reason that some people because of some small problems and
difficulties goes for this kind of steps which is not at all good for the person and his friends and
family.
However, another case of euthanasia is the case of a 17-year-old girl suffering from
anorexia who was also sexually abused died through euthanasia (Three euthanasia cases face
investigation in Netherlands, 2019). This was wrong because the girl should have fight for her
rights instead of taking the step of assisted suicide or euthanasia.
