The source evaluation technique through CRAAP is one of the most effective way to
analyse the efficiency and validity of the source. The source evaluation of the above source is as
follows:
Currency: The source was published in 2018 and is very recent to the topic. The source can be
considered as effective in terms of currency because it is daily updated with the latest news from
variety of subjects.
Relevance: The content discussed in the source is relevant to the subject. The author has related
the content with his book and the same has been referenced as well so that the readers can also
get detailed insight of the topic. The facts presented in the article are not biased or represents the
personal opinion of authors instead statistics and relevant facts are used to validate the same
which makes source reliable.
Authority: The publisher of the source is Time news, USA thus it can be considered as
authorised because the news agencies have authority to draw the attention of public towards the
general issues. The author is president of a political risk consultancy and thus have great
knowledge and authority to present views on the subject (Ian Bremmer, 2019). There are no

Accuracy: The author has been well aware of the realistic situations as he is member of a

it has become vital to address the issues such as diversity, cultural and gender variation instead
of neglecting such issues in the name of achieving business goals.
The organisations which are working with such purpose and value based activities along
with profit making tend to attract and sustain more energetic and efficient employees (Gebril and
Plakans, 2016). The social ethics are no longer mere paper work or tools for brand publicity. In
order to retain the millennial employees it has become essential for the business organisations to
make this ethical purpose as an integral part of the organisational culture.
When the organisational culture work towards a common goal and social vision then it
motivate employees that they are contributing for a great cause and thus their productivity is
enhanced. It is not only beneficial for the growth of employees but for the long term success of
business as well (Cumming, Lai and Cho, 2016). The profit has been the major concern for the
investors and organisations. However when employees are motivated to provided additional
efforts for a social and ethical cause then there is high probability that business will achieve the
desired goals with more efficiency and enhanced skills of their workforce.

Artificial intelligence (AI) has been the one of the most discussed driving force which
will completely changed the future of activities. AI will not only control the ways through which
operations in various fields will be performed but it will also give rise to new challenges and new
opportunities. There is no doubt that these machines can perform outstanding in every aspect. It
can be the area of medical, research, academics, auto mobile or defence (Kim and Crossley,
2018).
However there increasing role and efficiency is also leading to a new threat of
employability. These machines are capable to perform even risk including tasks with more
efficiency thus it is quite obvious to ask that in future why a business organisation will hire 100
employees if their equivalent work can be performed by a single AI machine.
From the future perspective AI can provide significant benefits in health care services but
the fact cannot be denied that huge number of jobs will be at the stake of end. However sectors
such as education, food services, accommodation and technical work will not be affected much
by AI adversely (Shi, Fazel and Kowkabi, 2018). The most devastating impact of AI can be seen

in the sectors such as construction, transportation and public administrations in which AI can
bring significant improvements in terms of quality standards.
