Question 1
a) Types of ideas and information used by employees for the purpose of
communicating in an organization and supporting others to achieve work responsibilities
mainly include confidential and top secret. These types of information mainly bring
subsequent changes in employee communication system.
b) The purpose of information is to guide each and every decision that the company is
making. Hence, information is extremely vital within the processes of problem solving and
decision making and without the correct information, companies are bound to make mistakes
in the processes. The audience of the information would be the employees, who are working
in the organization.
c) The ideas and information that the employees of any organization utilize for
communicating and supporting others to achieve work responsibilities are used by strategies
like being an active listener, avoiding disruptions and negative questions, avoiding being
casual and following up after communication. These four above mentioned ideas help the
employees in understanding their long term plans to communicate and maintain professional
interactions amongst each other.
Question 2
a) The team members are often encouraged to be completely involved in planning as
well as making of decisions. This can be done by following few ways such as paying the
people with their worth, providing them with a proper place to work, offering major
opportunities for self development, fostering subsequent collaboration with the team and
setting clear and effective goals.

b) Two distinctive strategies that provide proper encouragement to any employee to
work in an organization are fostering subsequent collaboration within the team and setting
effective and clear goals. These two strategies would ensure that the employees are absolutely
happy with the working condition and they are able to deliver perfect solutions to their work.
c) The other tools or activities that provide the team members with subsequent
opportunities in participating to run the entire team like operational, planning and decision
making tasks mainly include behavioural, conceptual, analytical and directive. These decision
analysis tools can be referred to as the systematic, visual and quantitative approaches for
evaluation and addressing of important choices confronted by the businesses.
Question 3
a) An example of team situation, in which feedback is to be given to employees would
be annual appraisal system. The entire appraisal system is being conducted after feedback is
given to the employees and without this feedback, it is not possible to conduct appraisal of
the employees.
b) Three distinctive strategies that are being utilized for providing feedback for
encouragement, value and rewarding of team members are gathering of baseline data through
the employee engagement survey, connecting entire journey of the employees and tracking of
progress.
c) These three above mentioned strategies are chosen as they are the most important
and significant strategies for employee feedback. The first strategy of employee survey helps
employees to remain motivated by understanding mental condition, whereas the second
strategy of connecting entire journey helps in providing motivation to the employee that
organization is taking care of him or her. The third strategy of progress tracking helps in
understanding whether the respective employee s improving in his or her work or not.
