When there are confusions, then it becomes difficult to follow thenetwork in effective manner. This will also enable to develop strong relationship withcustomers and in understand their requirements. Maintaining relationship with managers: It is important to have strong relationship withmanagers so that one is able to understand the subject matter or bid that are provided bymanagers. When message is well-kept, then it helps to reduce the rate of confusions andthere will not be lining struggle. It helps to have proper coordination with employers. Identifying the required skills: In order to perform any type of roles, it requires to havecertain set of skills so that it can be performed efficiently.
