Introduction
In this assignment, an analysis will be done over the job advertisements. The focus will be
provided over the required technical skills for the candidate who makes them best suitable
candidate for the job.
Summary of the commonalities across all three advertisements, highlighting the
enterprise skills most valued
The common factors are requirements of effective communication and technical skills in all
the three assignments for performing better in the job.
The first job advertisement is looking for the candidates for the job role of Consultant in HR
department of Deloitte. The major job responsibilities of the candidates will be to interact
with the clients, analyse their data and develop business cases for the clients. Working with
HR strategies and digital HR to workforce solution is an integral part of the job profile.
Working with SAP and Oracle solutions are also required to perform best in the job. Full co-
operation is demanded from the employees in order to promote them in learning the essential
skills for the growth of the business (Deloitte, 2020).
The second job advertisement is related to Child wellbeing centre which is looking to hire an
intern of psychology to deal with the different types of cases with Child and adolescent. The
centre required a candidate who will be able to deal with social, behavioral and emotional
challenges of the child and adolescent on a part time bases. The centre requires the candidate
only to work three days within a week only in the month of April. Working on Saturday is
mandatory and rest of the week only two days are required to work. The organisation is
offering to development in the professional field of the clients by giving them proper plate-
form to develop their assessment and therapy skills (centre, 2020).
PWC require graduate candidates to work with Accounts, finance and analytical field of the
Company. It offers an opportunity to develop the professional skills of the candidates by
providing them a better opportunity to learn the skills sets of finance, accounts and analytical
departments (Connection, 2020).
