INTRODUCTION
 Talent management is basically a systematic process to analyse the vacant
position, recruiting pool of candidates, hiring a qualified candidate,
enhancing and developing the skills of that candidate for matching the
position along with retaining them for achieving the long term organisation
objectives.
 This deals in attracting, engaging, motivating and retaining the best and the
skilled employees for the company.
 The companies develop and implement various talent management
strategies for retaining the best employees which can help in gaining the
greatest competitive edge (Jooss, Burbach and Ruël, 2019).
 This research is based on the talent management at Eagle Eye Solutions
which is basically a SaaS digital platform which helps in allowing the
retailers for creating a real-time and intelligent connection with the
customers (Eagle Eye Solutions Group Plc., 2021).
