The aim of current research project is, “To determine about the significance and
importance of talent management concept along with evaluating its role in success of an
organisation.” A research work on Hilton Hotel.
Research objectives
 To determine about the main significance and importance of the talent management
framework within a firm.
 To analysis about the main issues and consequences lead out by coronavirus on
success and growth of a firm.
 To review about the role of effective talent management strategies for making a
successful organisation.
 To identify some effective talent management strategies that can be adopted by Hilton
Hotel to ensure improved success through mitigating risk created by Covid-19.

The main reason for conducting this report is to develop knowledge on significance
of talent management that helps in success and growth of business enterprise. The
researcher chooses this topic because it is researcher professional interest and helps
in providing more opportunities within business industry. it also develops skills and
knowledge of investigator on personal level that helps in conducting future research
effectively.
