PART 1
INTRODUCTION :- I have attended the module that was based on supply chain management
and it has helped me in enhancing my knowledge about supply chain management. In the module
MCQ quiz and online quiz was organized in which set of 5 questions were included. There was a
group assignment and aspirants were asked to take part in the test in group. All the following
activities have been started in the module in sequential manner.
DESCRIPTION :- There are many positive benefits that have been reaped by me by attending
the module. I have acquired the basic knowledge about what supply chain activities are. Diverse
advantages of supply chain activities also have been learnt by me. Group assignment that has
been organized has supported me in learning how to make appropriate communication and
interaction with the other group members. Gibbs reflection cycle is been used for completing the
reflective in assignment ( Gibbs, 2013). It supportes for presenting the reflection in impelling
way (Potter, 2015).
FEELINGS :- Different members have different view points and due to that it becomes difficult
for making coordination approach. I have learnt how to perform an assignment that has been
given in group. It is critical that active participation of all the group members should be there so
that required activities of the group can be accomplished successfully. I felt nervousness and
anxiety during the starting of the test but meanwhile I got relaxed when I observed that I am
capable for answering different questions that have been asked in the online test.
I found myself capable for answering different questions that are being mentioned in the
test and it enhanced my morale and motivational level. This test was included under the module
so that understanding of students about the subject can be evaluated. Before the text I was feeling
tense about the test but after the test I felt comfortable for appearing in the MCQ tests. Other
than this, I observed that other participants ion the test were also feeling nervous and tensed.
After completion of test I analysed that my understanding towards the subject knowledge of
supply chain management is good. However I also felt that there is more scope for making
improvement in my existing knowledge.
EVALUATION :- MCQ test has been organized in the module and it has supported me in
analysing my acquired knowledge about supply chain activities. I have also learnt how to handle
stress and tension while handling an exam. It will support me in future to excel in academics by
attempting the exam in better way. MCQ quiz has helped me in analysing my mastery on supply

chain management and my specific knowledge related to that topic. I have found that I
performed well in the test and it reflects that I have learnt basic details about the supply chain
management. MCQ test and quizzes creates anxiety among individual and I have learn how to
handle that anxiety. I have measured my simple knowledge and complex concepts and it has also
helped me in evaluating my own understanding about the selected topic.
Online test has supported me in checking my knowledge about supply chain. Online test
that have been organized in the module was set with objective to test understanding of students
about basic concept of supply chain management. Some questions were difficult in the test and I
need to study more about the supply chain activities so that I can perform well in next modules.
I answered some of the questions vary well and answers of them were accurate. However there
were some flaws and I was weak in answering some questions.
I faced difficulty in accurately answering few questions that are being asked in the test. In
addition to that there are some positive and some negative aspects of the test. My good
performance in the test is reflection that I have acquired good understanding about basic
concepts of supply chain activities. I failed in answering some questions accurately and due to
this I lacked in scoring full marks in the test. I need to make enhancement in my existing
knowledge about supply chain activities.
ANALYSIS :-
In the online test that has been organized for evaluating the knowledge on supply chain
activities I have been successful in answering some questions. It shown that my understanding
about the topic has increased. However I faced challenges in answering some questions and I got
confused in answering some questions. Throgh this I have assessed that I need to make positive
efforts towards enhancing my existing knowledge about the subject so that I can perform better
in future modules.
CONCLUSION :- Summing up the above it can be concluded that online test that has been
organized in the module has assisted me in analysing my knowledge about the subject. It has also
helped me in evaluating my understanding about supply chain management. I have evaluated that
I have acquired better knowledge still I have scope for gaining meaningful insight about the
subject so I can understand advantage, disadvantage and procedures that are followed in the
supply chain activities.

ACTION PLAN :- I have evaluated that I have opportunity for make enhancement in my
existing knowledge about supply chain. It is critical that I should take strategic approaches so
that I can make positive improvements in my basic understanding about the subject. Along with
this it is critical that I should follow a well planned schedule so that necessary objectives of the
task can be successfully achieved. Along with this, it is required that I should make a action plan
so that on the basis of that I can improve in my performing areas. I will read books and journals
on supply chain management.
It will help me for gaining meaningful insight about the topic. Views expressed by
different authors will help me in identifying different aspects of supply chain activities.
Moreover, I will read online articles on different websites so that I can get aware about latest
developments in supply chain activities. It will also help me in gaining deep understanding about
the topic.
