CHAPTER 1: INTRODUCTION
1.1 Research Project Description
In this present world, discrimination on the basis of the race and caste along with the
ethics is a great topic of consideration. In this context, it has been said that there are various
aspects which are related to the discrimination on the basis of the race and caste. Discrimination
is a term which can be defined as the treatment or consideration which can be for against and in
favour of a person or thing , which is based on the group or category or class. It includes the
action or behaviour which is wrong in nature which affects the person or a selected group of
persons in a negative manner (Awad, 2010). It is done on the basis of the perceived or actual
basis. It is considered as the wrongful act as it discriminates the people on the basis of the caste
and race as well as the minority etc. In this report identification and evaluation of the impact of
Racial and Ethnic Discrimination upon the Development of Children of Minority Groups. It
means that the children who belong in the minority group or a society. Discrimination is banned
in the practice as it increase the wrong doing activities in any country. Also, it can be said that
children are the future of any country (Burt, Simons and Gibbons, 2012). They should be
protected and developed in a sense that they could realise their sense of responsibility for
performance of various activities. This project is based on the study which is related to the
contextual and other aspects which reduces the discrimination of children. It can be further noted
that government has also started some training sessions and camp for development of education
of the people so that they can be well capable and skilled. In the context of children of minority
of group, it has been analysed that they should be provided access to school and should also be
given equal opportunities.
1.2 Rationale of study
Children in minority group refers to that particular group of society which is the treated
as differentiated from the social group which hold the majority and ownership or special power
in society. The main rationale of this study is to identify and evaluate the impact of
discrimination on the basis of ethics and racial of children belong to minority group. Also,
discrimination can cause various mental health and other issues which are related to the context
of health. It can be further stated that the people who are willing to discriminate children enjoys
in performing such acts due to their ill mentality and undue and unfair treatment thinking. In

aspect of this report, it can be further stated that there is a need and necessity to recognise the
protection measures which are use to safeguard the interests of minority people. It can also be
noted further that there are various aspects which should be considered for protection of
discrimination. Moreover, this societal topic has not been discovered and explored till yet. Due
to this reason this subject or topic has a wide range and scope of research to be conducted. In
addition to this, it can be noted that through this theme of study researcher would be able to find
the ways to reduce the discrimination that has been in practice. In addition to this, the main
rationale of this study is to set a standard and various other frameworks which can be set out as
important for abolishment of the discrimination of the study.
1.3 Significance of Study
This context of study is very crucial and important for the researcher and other societal
people who are working for the betterment of the society. Also, it can be considered significant
for various NGOs and various other social groups which are working for the betterment of the
society. As, their main motive is to protect the interest of children and their rights, so this
research can be proved as momentous for them. The stakeholders of all these societal groups
and institutes will be rendered necessary information in the regard to their further approach of
study. Also, it can be proved as important tool for the development of the country and its
citizens. This study also provides a basis of further study to those people who wishes to study
and conduct their research further analysis. It can be further note that there are various aspects
which are related to the study and other contexts. Also, it is also considered as important as it
highlights the effect of the recent trend that has been prevailing in the country. Also, it will be
proven as significant for those people who wants to perform certain actions and deeds for the
betterment of the society.

Aim: The main of conducting this research is to identify and evaluate the impact of
Racial and Ethnic Discrimination upon the Development of Children of Minority Groups.
Objectives: In order to accomplish and carry out the main aim of the respective research,
following objectives and goals need to be fulfilled:
 To Identify racial and ethical discrimination.
 To evaluate the consequence of Racial and Ethnic Discrimination upon the Development
of Children of Minority Groups.

 To suggest the ways to investigate the impact of discrimination.
 To evaluate the development of children of minority group in a country.
1.5 Research questions
These are the questions which are performed in the respect of conducting the research
and study further more. In order to accomplish the goals and aims or objectives of the said
research , it is rendered necessary by researcher to attain the answer of the following questions
relating to the research:
1. What is meant by the terms racial and ethical discrimination in the context of children in
minority group?
2. What is the consequence of the discrimination of children in minority group?
3. What are the ways through which the practice of discrimination can be reduced?

Chapter 2 - Literature Review
Meaning and concept of racial and ethnic discrimination
According to Kriegerc and Koenen the Discrimination is a process under which any
person is being discriminate on the basis of their age, gender, culture, region and other reason. In
the human social affairs, discrimination is a treatment or consideration of, or making a
distinction in favour of or against, a person or thing based on the group, class, or category to
which the person or thing is perceived to belong rather than on individual attributes. Therefore,
the racial discrimination is that in which it is based upon the ethnicity or race. Thus, this are
subdivided into two groups which are different its social behaviour and there are millions
number of death arises that are highly based upon its race and ethnicity. While these terms are
more popular that are to separately in the social science that have longer history of race or
ethnicity have a popular usage. The term racism and racial discrimination is describing the racial
discrimination which are on the basis of culture or ethnicity. Therefore, the discrimination can be
stated any exclusion, distinction or preferences which are directly based upon the people colour,
race, ethnic origin and descent. It is that type of principle in which the people are to treated
unfairly that are based upon the racial or ethnic group. There are various situations in which
there are discriminatory practices arise that are based upon race and ethnicity. For instance, the
shopkeeper refuse to the person to access to products or services and restricting them not to
exercise any kind of economic activity based upon the race or ethic group. For instance, there is
an adoption of any other measure of education al enhancement as per the racial discrimination.
As per the view of Harris and Timutimu discrimination occur when an act or mistake lead to
differential treatment of a person or a group of people with reasons pertained to race, skin colour,
sex, nationality, ethnic, sexual orientation, gender identify or other factor. For the society
development and growth, ethnic and racial discrimination bring the negative impact through
which people can not grow properly and can not live their life in an independent manner. Racial
discrimination is that kind of practice under which if the person is treating someone in different
manner due to the person color of skin. For instance, If the HR manager of any organisation
interviewing the two same or equal qualified candidates for the same type of job. Therefore,

these two people have a difference in the race or color in which one person is black and other
one is white. Therefore, they decide to selecting the white candidates on the job positions as they
like to work with the white people. Thus, the black people are engaged with the racial
discrimination. There is a race as a social construct that are more complex phenomenon. It is
highly based upon the social or culture context that is foundation of racial discrimination. For
instance, the white European people arrived at the United States they justified the landing from
the Native people through promote the ideas as the people of Indian Weren't have a white color.
For instance, in the American history there is a treatment of non-white people poorly and they
face the racial discrimination.
Racial and ethnic discrimination upon the development of minority group
As per the view of Logie and Loutfy a minority group refers to a category of those individuals
which are differentiated from the majority social. It is that people who hold the majority of
social power in a society and it is differentiate that are based upon the human characteristics such
as wealth, gender, sexual orientation, race, caste, gender and religion etc. Therefore, the minority
group can be stated as that are used sometimes to explain the social power relationship among
the subordinate groups and dominant. The minority group can be define as a different social
categories such as religion, gender, age and so on. Therefore, there are categorised into various
in which there is an Age minorities in which children are to be considered as a minority group.
Therefore, in the age of young people they are faced the racial discrimination. In regard to this,
there is a youth rights movement campaigns for the purpose of empowerment socially for the
younger people. As per Lee and Ahn The minority group are categorise into culture and physical
characteristics that are directly different from the dominant or majority group. Therefore, the
people are to be treated unequal due to the difference in the skin colour of a people that are to be
considered a physical characteristics. The people are comes under the physical characteristics
and to be treated by other in unfair manner and not to be treated equally than it is called a racial
discrimination. Whereas, there is an other trait that is culture distinction are directly associate
with the antagonism among groups. Therefore, the people are to be treated unfairly and
unequally than these are facing a ethnic distinction. Most of the time the minority group of
people are to be treated unfairly and they are generally isolated physically and socially. For
instance, the management of an apartment are refusing to rent those Lee, D.L. and Ahn, S.,
2011members who are come under the minority community. Therefore, there is a different group

of minority member are the Muslims or Christians and other people treated unequal as they
refuse to give accommodation. The only rent as well as selling the building to the dominant
group as these people are the minority group of people are to treated unequal. The minority
group of people are facing a discrimination that are to be seen in the small towns and it has been
seen that the group of minority member are influenced by others is that they are forced to live
separately in the geographical localities.
Ways to investigate the impact of discrimination
According to Tynes and Markoe there are various ways through which the impact of
discrimination measure is a laboratory experiment. It can be on discrimination through there is a
determining the reaction of those people who are manipulating. It is said that there could not be
manipulation of the exact race of an individual person. In regard to this, the experimenter are

of physical attractiveness. There is an another common way is a race varying that includes

Racial and ethnic discrimination upon the development of minority group of children
Racial discrimination affects and changes the life of the racial minorities. It is more in the
African Americans. They refuse to goods and services for example the restaurant refuse to enter
the children's of minority. They are put into several restrictions into the hospitals and schools.
They are not treated equally to all others children's. Children's are refuse to the public places.
They are treated as poor. They are restricted in the hospitals for the treatment. Restrictions are
imposed on the institutions to not take such minor children's into the institutions. The minority

children's are threatened, insulted or degraded on the grounds on racial bases. Many of the
organizations do not give the higher post to the minority children's. He found that in all the
places they are treated as lower then the others. Child of minority groups are not given the
priorities. They are treated as lower class peoples at all the situations. Racial discrimination is
harmful for the society and its stops from the development of the minority children's. Minority
peoples are not treated normally even at the things which are mandatory or required for the
survival. difference is always their to show them the lower class people. Racial discrimination
refers to unequal treatment to the person or group on the basic of their ethnic or race. Race is the
concept of complex . Differences are on basic of the complex of the people is racial
discrimination. Discrimination may be positive or negative impact. Positive impact in the favor
of the person and negative in the unfavorable person.
Key concept of discrimination are that their shall be no direct or indirect discrimination
whatsoever be the situations. Direct discrimination occurs when one person is treated less
favorable than others. Indirect discrimination occurs when a particular person is compared on the
basis of religion with another religion of person. The restrictions are posed on the particular
religion. Harassment is the effect of violating the dignity of a person or creating an offense
environment. Discrimination is the practice of unfairly treating a person or a group of people
different from other people or group. its the ability to recognize the difference between good
quality and poor quality. It is to understand the difference between two persons. Their can be
seen higher rates of poverty and unemployment through racial discrimination. Their is no
particular approach to measure the discrimination. The color discrimination occurs when the
person is judge on the basis of light and dark skin. Race is the social construct for the satisfaction
of the groups. To measure social differences in health and treatment it is increasing day by day.
Race is not in our heads because it is real but rather it is real because it is in our heads.
discrimination is defined on the inadequate unjustified factors. Not all discrimination occurs at a
individual level. He define the term race as the premises of biological and physical differences.

Chapter 3 - Research Methodology
For any research study it is important for a research to conduct a methodology in order to
effectively conduct the research through forming the research methodology as per the
requirement of the topic gives the researcher an edge to conduct the research in an unbiased
manner. It comprises of the elements which are needed to be undertaken for conducting the
research in an appropriate manner. Research methodology helps in making the study of the
project in a better and convenient manner(Mertler, 2015). It acts as the plan through which at
every step what needs to be done and which philosophy needs to be applied is carried out. It also
helps in taking out vital facts so that the research carried out should be authentic.
Research Philosophy
Research philosophy is a very wide topic which deals with the nature of the research and
development of the knowledge. It helps in making the researcher aware about the subject matter
and also it helps in gaining the knowledge and helps in formulation of belief towards the topic.
The research philosophy involves the assumptions taken by the author and also serve as and
serve as strategy for the research project(Jamshed, 2014). There are different type of
Philosophies such as pragmatism, realism, positivism, interpretivism. In the present study scholar
has used interpretivism philosophy that helps in making the relation between racial and ethnic
discrimination and Minority group children.
Research Design
Research design is the most important trait of carrying out the investigation as research
design includes the plan through which the research will be carried out. The research design give
the researcher a framework to conduct the research. The design is a master plan of the research
topic through which the study ca be effectively completed(LoBiondo-Wood and Yost, 2013).
There are different kind of designs which can be used as per the research topic demands thus
they are: Descriptive, Exploratory, case study, etc. Talking about the present report for the
purpose of conducting fair investigation the design here undertaken is exploratory research. Thus
the exploratory research includes the the techniques of data collecting from different journals and
magazines.

Research Approach
A research approach deals with the approach in which the research will be taken out,
there are two types of research approaches which is inductive and deductive. Thus the current
study has been undertaken in such a manner that it uses inductive approach. As by using this
approach the researcher has does not included the hypotheses and it is a universal explanation.
The study moves important observations to generalizations(Mertler, 2015). Thus by applying this
sort of research the author has explored alternate theories, through which the understanding of
the nature of the problems has become easy for the researcher.
Data collection
Herein, for the purpose of the study the data has to be collected by the researcher and thus
there are two sources from which data can be collected and they are: primary source of data
collection and secondary sources of data collection. Thus primary sources of data collection are
thee sources from which data is collected for the first time with respect to the study. Here in
primary sources the data is collected through the help of questionnaires, interviews with the
target audiences and on the other hand in secondary sources the data is collected with the help of
magazines, books, white papers, journals and many more(Jamshed, 2014). For the purpose of
this study more emphasis is given on the secondary sources as that will help more in gaining the
knowledge regarding the topic undertaken. Under the secondary sources the activity performed
are getting the data from news papers articles and magazines studying various books and journals
which help in strengthening the knowledge of domain.
Sampling
Sampling can be understood as the group of people from which small part of sample is
taken for the purpose of the study. There are different types of sampling methods which a
researcher can used to take out the sample from. The methods are: stratified sampling, Random
sampling, convenience sampling, judgmental sampling, and many more. For the purpose of the
study no sample is taken as the subject matter undertaken here is of subjective nature and it will
give the results when the research is done based on the secondary sources of data
collection(LoBiondo-Wood and Yost, 2013). But as the target group related to this topic is the
minority group people who are not given the actual benefits they have right of. As far as there
needs are concerned it can be said that they don't need any thing which comes under the category

of luxurious things rather they just wants to have their rights being fulfilled appropriately. Thus it
is important for a researcher to make the analysis in order to make the work efficient.
Data analysis
Thus forming the end part of the research process this particular section relates to the
results which is founded by applying the different tools and techniques which comes into play by
the help of conducting the research. In data analysis the data collected from different sources
have been analyses and interpreted in order to come up with the certain recommendations which
can make the working effective. There are two types of data which is qualitative and quantitative
data and both are measured in this.
Ethical Considerations
Thus for conducting the research a researcher should understand his/her duty towards the
society. That's why it is important for the researcher to conduct the research in an efficient
manner(Green and Thorogood, 2013). Thus in order to comply with rules and regulations the
researcher has given respect to all the experts who have made the researches in relation to the
subject matter.

CHAPTER 4 – DATA COLLECTION
4.1 Data Collection
In present research report, inductive research has been used which has given chance to
investigation to get new information from the secondary research. In this research secondary
source has been used for collecting the data. The present research is based on secondary
information in which data is collected from different articles, newspapers, magazines and many
more. Data collection show the to maintain the integrity about the research. It also helps out in to
make a detailed plan for gathering the information from different sources. With the help of data
collection from different sources the investigator will able to analyse the the data and will get
better information.
Research approach – In this interpretivism research approach is used for interpreting the
data from secondary sources. There are two type of research approach which will be used in
research project. In inductive approach, which does not involve any formulation of hypotheses.
In deductive approach, it set the formulated of hypothesis.
Data collection – Secondary resources has been used which is required to support the
present research. Different views of author has been examined to analyse the information. With
the help of data collection the investigator will get various information through the sources. For
conducting this type of research it is important to maintain the integrity of research. The
subsequent decision are based on the arguments and to find out the valid conclusion. Secondary
research has been conducted for collecting various information and to interpret them properly.
4.2 Analysis of results in terms of original research specification

Theme 1 – Identification of racial and ethical discrimination
Racial and ethnic discrimination had a long history in UK. According to Awad (2010) it
is depicted that in an economy the people are classified according to their physical

characteristics. At work place there are many people who discriminate the people on the basis of
colour, caste, religion and many more.
Many authors has given different views on ethical discrimination and it is important for
every people that do not discriminate any people on the basis of their religion.
According to Burt, Simons and Gibbons (2012) it is examined that the government has to
make discrimination policy so that it will not impact on particular person at any place. If is has
not been done, then it create a group of people which is based on the religion or caste. The
government has also prohibit the discrimination at work place. The government of US specifies
that there should be an equal treatment and provide opportunities to all people in regard to the
race or ethnicity.
According to the minority stress theory, there are many people who are having greater
risk who experience about the discrimination at the institution level. It includes in mainly in
housing, employment. There are many people in US, who are suffering from different diseases.
There is also an impact educational performance which are impacting on the people. The people
are not getting proper education.
Racial and ethnic identity are perceived to reflect to reflect on the closeness of members
into one or more than one group. It has been serve that that people are protective from the colour.
As per view of Greenfield and Cocking (2014) it is reserved that discrimination of people
can be done direct and indirect way. In direct way, the person receives get less importance due to
their racial origin or nationality. Where as in direct way, it is natural tendency, where people are
placed on the basis of ethnicity, nationality or characteristics.
Interpretation
It has been concluded that there are many people who are facing problem regarding the
discrimination. Even at work place, house the people are facing these issues. The government
has to support them. They have also right to live their life according to there choice. The family
has also provide them a equal education for which they have equal rights. If also reflects that
there are many children whose discrimination has been done on the basis of colour, caste,
religion. The government has not to support those people that who are discriminating the people
on the basis colour, religion, caste.
Theme 2 – Evaluating the impact of racial and ethical discrimination

The impact of racial and ethical discrimination is positive or negative impact. As per
view of Kim, (2012) it is reserved that at some place it is important to discriminate the people on
the basis of caste or religion because there are many people who does not deserve for good
reputation.
But according to Larochette, Murphy and Craig (2010) it is examined that discrimination
gives negative effect on the people life. The discrimination can be occurred at the age of
minority also which harm the life of children. The consequence of discrimination has negative
consequences on the mental health. On which the children feels discrimination effectively.
According to health life theory, the people are starting to taking drugs or alcohol if they
found that discrimination has been done between them. The consumption of drugs or smoking is
harmful to their health so it gives an negative impact on them. The treatment on the basis
inadequate factors has been linked with the disparities on health outcomes. In country there are
approximately of 73% of African Americans, 65% of other non-whites and 25% of whites which
has experience from the discrimination of people on colour.
Interpretation
From above research it has been shown that there are many people who have faced
experience from the racial or ethnic discrimination which are associated with the adverse effect
on health outcome. It also includes higher morality. There are also many children who are below
the age of 18 and facing the discrimination on the basis of caste, religion in schools. At every
place there people are not getting the equal rights and duties.
But the at some place to discriminate people is very important because through this the
government can provide better services to people. The policies which has been made by the
government has to be also followed by the organisation at work place so that they can give equal
opportunities to all people.
Theme 3 – Ways to investigate the impact of racial and ethnic discrimination upon the
development of children minority group
According to Neblett, Rivas‐Drake and Umaña‐Taylor (2012) it is examined that
stereotypes and assumptions are the one way in which the it serve as provision of services and
delivery the best way on the research data. This can involve the consequences that how
communities are responding about the research topic. They are trying to give more support to

white people in which they are living area. Stereotypical attitudes includes the look of people,
how they are supporting the people that who are suffering from the mental health.
As per view of Raabe and Beelmann (2011) it is depicted that the another way is
discrimination with in own community. In this the experience of disabled person are also getting
discrimination for their own community. There is also a lack of social contact between them.
Most of the people are facing these problem approximately 75% are facing from the problem of
discrimination.
Based on Richard T. children minority group have less control on their life in which their
position are dominant. These groups are having less experience and less opportunities as
compared with others.
Interpretation
After collecting the information from different authors there are many ways in which the
investigator can investigate the impact of racial and ethical discrimination which are also
impacting on the development of children minority group. About 75% are using the way of
discriminating with in society. Through this they can provide the better services to them. The
social has to make strong relation with them in order to maintain the strong relation with them.
The society has also to increase the awareness in which they can support the people who are
suffering from these kinds of problem.
Theme 4 – Techniques to abolish or reduce discrimination of children minority group
There are many techniques in which the society can abolish or reduce the discrimination
of children from minority group. According to Roberts and et. al., (2011) it is reserved that the
society can apply some theories in the context of discrimination. They have to provide equal
opportunity to all so that this can improve their knowledge. There are many specific condition
which integrate the group form many sources. They have to also maintain the status through to
get the equal opportunity from all.
At any work place, there are many people who are below the age of 18 and doing the
work. It is because of that they have not been provided an equal opportunity in their society.
As per the view of Smith and Silva (2011) it is inferred that they have to outline antibias
information which are not easily associated with the to respect the people and it give negative
impact on them. There are different use of theory which reduce the discrimination of children
among the minority group. The another way is that not to allow the children who are below the

age of 18 and provide them proper education facilities in order to increase the awareness of
discrimination. The half of the percentage of people are supporting for that not to allow the
children to do work who are below the age of 18.
Interpretation
It has been analysed that after collecting the information from various sources the most of
the people are supporting for the not to allow the children to do work. Through this they are
spoiling their life. At the below age of 18 they have to right to get proper education facilities and
give them a opportunity to do something in their life. The society have to establish proper rules
and regulations in which they can give the equal opportunity to all and can reduce the impact of
children minority group.
There are also many theories which has been applied by the society in order to reduce the
the discrimination of people on the basis of caste, religion. It is the responsibility of society that
not to discriminate any people and adopt different techniques and ways. They have to also
support the children.
Theme 5 – Development of children of minority group
In economy there are many children who are below the age of 18 and doing the work in
factories. There parents are allowing them to do work through this they are loosing their life. For
the development of economy it is important that to provide better education thorough which they
can improve their life styles. According to Thoits (2010) it is inferred that every parents should
support the children that who are below the age of 18. it is their responsibility to provide them a
better education in relation to do something in their life.
In country approximately 75% children are not going school. Parents are also not
supporting the children to provide them education. For the development of the economy it is
important that to determine the impact of racial and discrimination of children on their minority
group. For the development of country the society has to provide equal opportunity to children
so that they will not face any problem regarding their education.
As per the view of Umaña‐Taylor and et. al., (2014) it is reserved that some people are
supporting for that the children can do work below the age of 18 not so much but little more.
They are also providing them a better education side by side. Through this they are making their
children strong.
Interpretation

It can be concluded from the above research that in country there are many people below
the age of 18 and parents are supporting for them in order to provide better education facilities.
Time-to-time they are asking from the children that whether they are facing any problem or not.
The society has to made the children strong in terms to support them. The children are facing at
the age of below 18 in terms of religion, caste, education or many other reasons. The parents has
to provide support them in order to fulfil their needs.

CHAPTER 5 - CONCLUSION
From the above research undertaken it can be concluded that it is high time to act against
the discrimination practices against the minority groups as they are facing the problem of
development. As discussed in the above study that Minority group people is facing the racial and
ethical discrimination thus it is important for government to make necessary rules and
regulations which can help in reducing the problem. As per the report it has been concluded that
in order to help the minority class people it is important for governments to make sure that the
religion biasness and system of religious tranquility should be reduced such that people should
make effort in living together with peace. Thus it is important for people to understand the
concept of making the people live together and work together to achieve the non-discrimination
policies. Further from the report it can be concluded that development of children of minority
group is compulsory as by the application of it, the country can grow and thus eventually the
children will get the required knowledge.
Recommendation
As per the effectiveness of the strategies and policies which are framed in the respect of
reduction of discrimination of children who belong to the minority group. In this context, it can
be analysed that there are various policies and strategies which are established In aspect of
abolition of child discrimination .It can be further noted that there are some flaws in the framing
of policies and strategies related to discrimination. So, in this regard there are some
recommendation which are proved to be significant in aspect of the the country and other aspects
which are related to the identification of discrimination of children and other aspects. Firstly,
some changes should be introduced which are in the form of the effective strategies and other
policies that can foster the development of children who belong to the minority group in any
country. In addition to this, the contextual of the development of children. Moreover, various
laws and legislations should be introduced which are related to the development and
enhancement of children so that over all development of a country can be highlighted. Also, it
has been recommended that children should be educated and developed in a right and legitimate
manner . It can be further analysed that various effective ways should be complied within it can
be proved to be crucial for developing and enhancing the children who belong to minority group.
Further more, it has been recommended that equal opportunities and chances should be provided

to them so that they can be move further and contribute their share in the development of
economy. In addition to this, it can be also be suggested that there are various effects which are
profitable for the effecting the development of minority children should be used. After this, the
government should also impose penalties on those persons

It can be noted that there are more scope of study which are related in this topic. In this
light there are various studies in which this research can be taken in this light . These topics can
be summarised as the development of techniques and ways which can proved to be successful
for the development of the children. Also, various reasons for this discrimination has also to be
resolved. In this aspect the government and other societal people should develop their
capabilities and skills which can foster the improvement and evolution of the children. .
