INTRODUCTION
Work related learning refers to activities that are mainly used in the context of work to
develop student knowledge, skills and understanding. It basically involves learning through work
related experience. Development is an essential concept of analyzing self and helps in framing
personal reflection in order to recognize weakness and strength on individual basis. This report
involves several aspects that are the foundation of business management. it involves career and
progression plan, skill audit, self-appraisal and action planning that are useful to reflect
individual strength and weakness and overcome with the consequences that create barrier in
career growth development (Bachik and Kitzman, 2020) . At last it provides skill development
and work based feedback that support the activities of individual person.

Career progression plan refers to the process that is useful to staff member or employees
to grow their occupational status. It is a straightforward roadmap that provides the detail about
how an employee will grow or develop through company or organisation. This plan is mainly
shows the advancements and need of improvement by using action plan because it helps in
developing their skill and action so that they capture more opportunity. Here, a career
