CHANGE MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP IMPLEMENTING CHANGE. •Change management is a discipline that directs an individual to prepare, support and equip progressively in adopting change in order to drive success of business and its result. •A business must ensure that changes are different and unique which influence employees in their individual conversions (Zhao, S. and Et.al., 2020). •In the current scenario, there are several changes that influences internal and external members of the organisation. •The internal changes considered as a less easy to identify as it is a result from cultural differences from employees or from cultural shifts in the organisation itself.
