Focusing on Goals: In Hilton a team is organized to achieve the
common goal. So, it is important to spelled out the common goal to all
members.
Team building exercises: These exercises can be used to improve the
team performance such as creativity, communication and problem
solving.
Compensation: Team members will work well if their work and efforts
will be compensated fairly then they will work more hard.
Communication: Team can become more effective with the help of
open and clear communication with respect to targets, timelines and
