efficacy can be sloped towards downfall.
This is clear from above discussion that inefficient leadership overall quality within
business can be decreased and serious impact is being seen over minimised employee
performance. Similarly there are certain implications related to minimised production and
minimised employee efficiency. Due to these impacts ineffective leadership tends to provide
adverse implications to the business in terms of higher employees turnover and sales as well.
Due to this reason leadership is taken as a serious concern which is aligned towards attainment of
organisational objectives in sufficient manner.
What are the main effective ways and strategies that ensure implication of better leadership at
workplace.
According to viewpoint of Blanchard, K., 2018 Leadership styles are something which
is impacting working of business directly due to which bottom line of the business may be
impacted. There are some common aspect due to which a leader leads the whole organisation
and tries to understand various concept in significant manner. Workforce management is defined
as the crucial aspect due to which common goal of the organisation may be attained and the
same can be aligned with workforce planning. Leader is playing significant role of encouraging
people and all associated parties so that collaborative working can be performed. Besides this a
leader is requisite to use various leadership in order to engage people and manage workforce and
to inhale higher productivity. Yet another aspect within leadership is to use emerging ways
within business due to which alignment with goals and objective can be performed. In current
time highly remarkable efforts are appreciated and due to which leaders are performing
workforce planning in significant manner in order to acknowledge efforts exerted by their
employees. Leaders are associated with higher responsibilities of influencing people with their
efforts and due to this reason team performance may lead to incline towards positive movement.
Team leaders are associated with providing efforts by which regeneration of differentiated
strategies are propounded and aligned with business objectives in direct manner. Along with this
there are various strategies that can be used by leader in order to frame appropriate decisions and
to render fuller support. Some of these strategies are elaborated as under:
Describing communication vision
8
Communication is the prominent strategy that can be used by a leader in order to provide
appropriate guidelines to their subordinates in context of leading the business. This is being
analysed that goal setting is one of the prominent step and strategy that can be exerted by leader
in order to involve their employees for process of decision making and providing positive results
as well. Vision is defined as the measure which is required to be attained by an individual by
putting all the efforts into a single platform. Vision is the answer for the question that where are
we going which is derived by performing action in appropriate manner. On the other hand goals
of the business are decided by undertaking leadership aspect and to work along with attaining
common goals and objectives. With the help of better communication leadership style can be
implicated in better way so that time frame for provided objectives can be attained. For industry
of automotive leaders are playing significant role in arranging change management in such a way
that all the emerging trends can be inhaled by business and same can be used to describe
business objectives as well. \
Encouraging recognition
In order to involve employees in better way this is imperative that they are being
encouraged in appropriate manner. When employees are feeling encouraged they may provide
their fuller contribution towards provided working. The leadership strategies should be laced
with appropriate schemes of appreciation in which all the given commitment of employees can
be exerted. Mission and goals existed within a business are attained by collaborative efforts of
employees and in order to attain higher efficacy efforts of employees are required to be appraised
so that they feel valued. In the presence of performing effective leadership business
maximisation leaders are motivating people in such a way that they may receive personal
recognition. This has been shown that with the help of higher recognition proper motivation can
be rendered to employees due to which they perform in better way.
Delegation and empowerment
In order to render higher efficacy in business, leaders are required to delegate
responsibilities in such a way that capabilities of all the employees can be used in effective way.
By delegating responsibilities all the tasks can be finished in sufficient way and in this manner
all the authoritative tasks can be completed effectively. Besides this leadership within an
organisation is all about managing self sufficiency and to enhance capabilities of employees and

Research process
Research process defines as a technique of identifying, locating, analysing and assessing
the information that are highly support the research question which is useful for expressing the
ideas and thoughts effectively. Every research is unique in their own way because of including
time, setting environment and place etc. But every researcher conduct the every research for
understanding the problem that they have to face. For this they focus on forming a process that is
called research process. Effectively understand the research process is very significant to carry
out the research successfully by sequencing the stages in the overall research process. Within
research process there are eight steps in which firstly investigator identify the problem so that
topic is to be identify after that doing literature review on the objectives that are related to the
specific topic it is effective for examine the knowledge on particular topic so that whole study is
complete effectively. After doing the review of the literature researcher set the research question
including objectives and hypothesis that provide the knowledge specific knowledge regarding
specific topic. Further it includes the study design on the basis of which sample is to be selected
for collecting the data and information on related topic. At last it process and analyse data for
writing the whole report that helps in examine the accuracy and correctness to conduct a whole
research. It is very essential to conduct a research according to these steps so that it is to be
completed effectively and efficiently. If researcher violate the sequence than it cause the major
harm to the whole study. Within this research investigator adopts the several methods within
several stages so that best outcomes are to be enjoyed within specify period of time and in a
decided cost. In this research study, researcher focus on taking the advice to peers and their
colleagues so that new ideas and thoughts are to be added that helps in fulfilling the overall
objectives.
Research approach
Research approach includes the plans and procedures for the research that includes the
several spans of steps from the wide assumptions to detailed the whole data collection, analysis
and interpretation. It is a framework that evaluate the the quantitative and qualitative information
by using the two methods that are inductive and deductive that are used to analyse the whole

Research Strategy and time frame
It refers to the tool that helps in collecting the data from several research related strategy.
There are various forms of research strategy which consists of experiments, survey, action
research, observation, interview, systematic literature review, etc out of which utilisation of
survey strategy is seemed most suitable and viable for current investigation as it lead to better
collection of data from a larger population with the help of questionnaire in relatively less time
along with simpler method of data collection (Sethibe and Steyn, 2017). It includes several main
strategies for collecting the information related to impact of leadership on automotive industry
and for this survey strategy is highly effective that is adopted by the investigator. The main
purpose of selecting this method for research helps in gathering the data from huge number of
population within specify period of time. In this survey by using questionnaire is the best
strategy for completing current research study.
To study the research there are two frameworks that are useful for conducting the study
which is cross sectional that is useful for observational research in which investigator are analyse
the several variables within particular period of set time using particular sample size and

over short and long period of time. Cross sectional and longitudinal are two main form of time
frames applied for an investigation out of which cross sectional is associated with shorter time
period where as longitudinal emphasis on longer time duration of project. Thus, implication and
use of cross sectional time frames are more suitable and appropriate for current study to present

The Research methodological choice
Research methodological choice is simply represent as an option that are used to select the
several rules, methods, instruments and techniques for completing the whole research. The
research design basically provides information about the overall strategy and framework of
leading out an investigation which is mainly bifurcated into three common parts i.e. Descriptive,
Correlation and Experimental. Out of these types of research design implication and use of
descriptive design of research is made as it facilitates a more effective and simpled structure and
framework for conducting a research that comprises use of case-study, naturalistic observation,
survey.
There are two main forms of research method i.e. qualitative and quantitative form of
research out of which qualitative research is associated with the theoretical form of investigation
that is little complex as well as time consuming process. Therefore, for current investigation on
Aston martin use and implication of Quantitative form of research methodology is more suitable
and appropriate as it ensures and leads to collection of data in numeric terms that is mush mores
easier to collect and present (Turner, 2019). Apart from this, adoption of quantitative form of
research methodology is also viable and important as it facilitates more measurable form of
results along with a specific conclusion.
Sample Selection
A sample within a research is to be defines as a smaller set of data that an investigator
adopts and select from the huge number of population using their pre defines selection method.
In the sample selection several points are to be included that are sample units, observations and
points. It comprises of a statistical process that is associate with selection of a pre determined
number of units and observation from a larger set of population to perform a research work in
more efficient way (Crick and Bentley, 2020). For current investigation a sample size of 40
participants of selected from the employees of Aston martin through making use of random
sampling method as use of random form of sampling remove the biasness in selection through
leading equal opportunity of selection for all observation. The reason behind selection of sample
from employees is based on the fact that they are the one who posses valid information about the
leadership and ongoing activities at workplace of Aston Martin.

Data Collection and Data Analysis Techniques
Data collection is the process of analysing, gathering, measuring the various information
related to interest within established fashion that helps in providing answer related to research
question, test hypothesis and also the outcomes. The collection of data will be made from both
primary as well as secondary sources of information to have sufficient information in current
topic. In this primary data is the one in which investigator collect the raw information from
several number of sources. It refers to the collection of original data for specified purpose. In
this data are to be collected on the basis of qualitative and quantitative basis. Primary data would
be collected with the help of a questionnaire that facilities first hand information from a larger
number of participants to maintain the authenticity and reliability of project. Collection of
secondary information would be made from online article and journal which lead a better support
and base for current investigation (Tripathi and Jha, 2018). Data analysis technique for
secondary information consists of systematic literature review where as primary data would be
analysed and presented with the help of frequency table and pie charts.
Access and Ethical Issues
