INTRODUCTION
Leadership and motivation are key essential factor that play major role in success of an
organisation and facilitate motivation and satisfaction among employees, as in this the main role
of a leader is to motivate employees towards organisational objectives in an effective manner.
With the help of good leadership company can effectively enhance performance as well as
productivity level of employees (PANCASILA and et. al., 2020). Leaders are mainly held
accountable to provide motivation to team and individual through which company assure overall
growth and development of employees. Leadership recognise great work, celebrate results, stay
positive, take regular feedback and accomplish objectives with coordination. Leadership play
essential tool for an organisation irrespective of its size and scope, as it play major role in
providing motivation to improve employees that brings out their creativity and productivity to
overcome the challenges in effective manner. With the help of different type of leadership skill
and goal oriented characteristic leaders motivate individual towards hard work in order to
accomplish overall organisational objectives with more effectiveness.
Present report has been conducted on Aston Martin which is operating their business
functioning in automotive sector which is facing aggressive competition. In this, leaders of
company effectively encourage individual with strong leadership practices through which
company assures its leading positioning in global market segment. In this report formative
discussion has been conducted on the topic of the role of leadership in improving employee
