The assignment analyzes the efficiency of the recruitment process for cadets at Emirates Airlines. The results show that while the recruitment process is lengthy, it is also quite effective with most candidates finding the briefing instructions clear and helpful. However, the speed of reply from EK was a major concern, requiring improvement. Recommendations include reducing unnecessary steps in the process, improving communication, and enhancing the speed of reply from EK to increase morale and efficiency. Overall, the recruitment process can be improved by streamlining it and making it more effective.
