Introduction
Personal development plan refers to the activities
which assist in improving self knowledge and identity,
develop talents as well as potential. People can
increase their capacity by knowing things and by that
they have to use the appropriate strategies so that they
can attain the maximum benefits.

Evaluate the
skills needed to work professionally
As I am working in Marriott Hotel as a human resource manager
and I have found all the skills which I have which helps in obtaining
the goals and these skills can affect the performance both in the
positive as well as negative way. As I am HR manager and for
managing all the activities which are done in the business entity I
need to possess my writing and communicating the skills so that I
can present myself in a proper manner. According to the individual
person it helps in doing the personal and professional development.
There are some qualities for doing the leadership in the business
activities and these are helpful in attaining the benefits for me as
well as for Marriott Hotel.
