changes then it helps in reducing the chances of arising risk and at the same time also enhance
profitability level of the company. This report discussed about two multinational organization as
Adidas and Nike. Both companies are deliver their products and services in over the world.
Under this assignment also mentioned impact of change on strategies of business organization,
behaviour of team and individual which may leads in reducing the negative impact of changes.
