Introduction
Specialisation area of teaching can be classified into- vocational area and subjective area. The
teachers and the trainers make it easier for the student to understand a lecture or some
technical abilities with the aid of skills they have acquired in their learning or teaching
profession. A case study presented by Armstrong et al., 2017 explains that the student can
gain knowledge and learn technical skill appropriately in diploma education when the trainer
provides all the facilities. The purpose of my area of specialisation is to encourage the proper
learning for student and to make the learner understand the purpose of my study. Davis et al.,
(2017) stated that cooperation in another area of specialisation will enhance the performance
in the teaching profession. effective outcome of the performance of class is seen when the
teacher uses his/her own strength in learning and teaching profession to guide the student
correctly to obtain job opportunities in future.
1.1 Explain key aims of education and training in own specialist area
The development of learners and tools required to achieve their education goals are possible
by proper training and education. The following will state the purpose of education and
training which is explained by a trainer who is a specialist of education of higher secondary
diploma in UK collaborating with my specialist -
Roles and responsibilities- This guides the student in the right way to succeed. According to
Kanchan et al., (2015), a learner should abide by the rules that include attending regular
classes and submitting homework on time. It is the responsibility of the student to maintain
the decorum of the classroom by the following discipline and ensuring the proper atmosphere
of learning in the classroom.
Student requirement issues- students who are weak learner must be ensured with special care
so that they develop business knowledge. To become a business leader tasks assigned for

students including tasks with special guidance for the weak students must be completed by
them.
Relating to knowledge content- a learning lecture that contains examples and practical
problems will enable the student to understand the lecture clearly. The lecture should contain
specific issues related to the business which will help the student to complete get a complete
idea on it. Completion of courses will provide opportunities for learners to gain
comprehensive knowledge.
Special learning needs- students can gain intrinsic knowledge only when the teacher works
hard and provide special needs of the special learning for the weak students that develop
themselves. The students are required to obtain a basic knowledge of computer comprising of
functions of the word document and PowerPoint presentation necessary in special needs of
the business. This can be followed by arranging seminars where open questions will be asked
to discover the hidden knowledge of the student.
Specialized skills- learners can stand out in the competitive world by learning the specialized
skills. The student will get and opportunity to gain skills on English and Communication in
my area of specialisation. Professional trainers are required to improve communication skills
of a student and for conducting the task in a smart way the student requires IT skills
(Bruxvoort et al., 2015).
Employment preparation- development of the student occurs once the student has ensured
that he has acquired all the skills and knowledge required in business performance. My
specialist area will teach the leraners to obtain knowledge to perform a task appropriately and
maintain work efficiency.
Once the student has completed the course with complete knowledge and ability to execute
his skills in the job market, the business organisation will hire them for their future benefits.

Recent professional legislation- My area of specialisation will enable the student to obtain
information related to current professional legislation of the business and ensure that the
company will run properly upon implementing this knowledge.
Requirements of awarding organisation- My area of specialisation will allow the students to
conduct the task effectively and meet the needs of the organisation. This will help the
students to develop themselves according to the criteria presented in the organisation (Oswick
et al., 2017).
Updated workplace information- to remain consistent in the market the company needs to
keep updated information. When a student learns about how to keep updated information in
the business it will improve outcomes and aid in developing a learner’s personal career
1.2 Analyse philosophical issues relating to education in own specialist area
Teaching about philosophical issues in my area of specialisation will enhance education
and performance in training. Philosophical issues will benefit the learners and the
business organization by considering the following conditions-

Framework for qualification- progress in education quality and well understanding of the
lecture will be ensured developing a structure of qualification framework (Oswick et al.,
2017). My area of specialisation will help the student gain knowledge and develop
themselves properly by using the framework.
Specialist professional value and vision- the learners are motivated to develop their career
after learning about professional value and vision (Armstrong et al., 2017).
