Introduction
The study of human behavior in an organizational setting is called organizational
behavior. This can be termed as the interface between the organization and human behavior. The
main aim of organizational behavior is that it needs to revitalize the organizational theory,
thereby developing a good conceptualization of organizational life (Hashim & Wok, 2014).
Organizational behavior is very important as it provides insight into the company on how the
employees should behave as well as perform in the organization (McShane et al. 2018).
Organizational behavior is very much helpful in tracing the motivational factor in the employees,
which will, in turn, increase the performance of the employee in the organization. An increase in
productivity of the organization will help the organization to develop a strong and trustable bond
in the organization. The chose company for this report is Apple Inc., this one of the largest
American multinational companies. Though it is one of the reputed company; however, there are
organizational issues in the organization which will be addressed in the paper. The paper will
focus on a detail discussion about the organizational behavior issues in the company and will try
to find out the solutions which can be applied in order to trace the issue. The following section of
the paper will give a brief overview of the multinational company. The paper will be followed by
a problem statement. The problem statement will be followed by an elaboration of the problem
issues and the report will also provide a solution to that problem. Finally, the paper will write
some of the performance indicators. Apple has several issues of organizational behavior which
includes poor working condition, high work pressure, employing child labor, decimation on the
basis of caste and gender, there are also instances of improper behavior towards their employees.
