TITLE: How do multinational companies improve the recruitment, selection and training of theiremployees to meet International requirements.”A case study on Kraft Foods. INTRODUCTIONRecruitment is defined as hiring right candidate for vacancy according to the requiredskills, experience and knowledge. Training is provided to staff members in order to enhance theirskills so that best outcomes can be achieved. Whereas, selection is refers to as choosing the mostdeserving nominee from pool of applicants. It is the core element performed by everyadministration in their working environment. Training recruitment and selection is the essentialpart of the business administration (Allen, 2018). Kraft Foods is chosen to complete the project.Assignment includes aims and objectives of the company. PMP is prepared by covering scope,time, communication, risk, resources, cost and quality. Moreover, quantitative and qualitativemethod is explained deeply so that administration is able to choose the best one. Gantt Chart andWBS is prepared to full-fill all the activity in the set time frame. Proper tools and techniques areadopted to explain the data analysis. Additionally, weak skills is improved like, decisionmaking skills, communication skills etc. is discussed. Itis a Swiss multinational food and drink company serving it's product and services across theglobe. It's headquarter is in Vevey, Switzerland. Nestle was founded by Henri Nestle and deals insubsidiaries such as, Nespresso, Nestle purina pet care company and so on. It is sixth largestbusiness administration across globe. The CEO of the business concern is Ulf Mark Scheiderwho is motivating it's staff members to work effectively and effectively. Aim:“To analysis ways via which multinational organization can easily improve worker'srecruitment, selection and training programs with purpose to meet international requirements”. Anestimated amount of $70000 is required to run the research activities smoothly. Communication: To gain accurate findings for the conclusion of research work Nestleneed to adopt free flow of communication in their working premises. By this data andinformation can be transferred easily from one end to another. It ultimately leads to bestoutcomes in global environment (Killingsworth and Gilbertson, 2018). Quality: To bind the research for longer time duration it is important to provide themqualitywork. It makes the project more valuable for the customers who are garbing theinformation. It raises the goodwill in the eyes of the customers regarding the researcher. It leadsin accomplishing set standards in cut throat competitive world. Risk: It is the success ladder through which Nestle can attain set goals and objectives inglobal market. While conducting the research work various risk factors were ascertained forwhich organization need to design unique strategies so as to overcome them. Scope: The scope of the research work is to provide authentic information by gatheringinformation from qualitative and quantitative method . To gain the productive results Nestlemake changes accordingly in the framed tactics. Resources: Nestle adopts recycling and other ozone-friendly method so that effectiveutilization of resources can be done . The necessary resources needed to conduct the researchwork are optimized at the fullest. Along with this employees are motivated to perform better toset tough bench mark for others. (Lauring and Klitmøller, 2017) P3) Preparing Gantt Chart and WBSGantt Chart: This is well known by other name which is Harmonogram. Henry Ganttwas the inventor of Gantt Chart in the year 1910-1915. In this case top level management isaware about the project schedule (staring and deadline). Gantt Chart lists the work to beperformed on vertical axis while, width of the horizontal bar depicts graphs showing duration ofeach activity. And horizontal axis showcase time intervals. 3

Work Break Down Structure: WBS is widely adopted by organization as it makescomplex work into simpler task. Here, the task is divided and assigned to the staff members onthe basis of their skills and performance. This directly helps to complete the project in the settime-frame which is a positive mark for organization. Kraft Food adopts work break downstructure so that staff members can easily achieve the desired set goals and objectives in the cutthroat competitive world.
