within the business enterprise. In this regard, e-commerce is very useful perspective for
nowadays that engage several stakeholders in retail sector so that organisation gain more benefits
and effective results. For example, B2B, B2C, B2G, etc. Furthermore, it is also helpful to focus
on more profitability and productivity in different areas of the world. There are several social
sites exists that can help to encourage different people in the enterprise to increase more effective
results at workplace of the chosen business (Hill, Betts and Gardner, 2015).
In addition to this, it can be stated that government is important stakeholder who included
in the business to take positive support in new areas of the world. They are providing more
profits and revenue with using different techniques. For example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
etc. are more usable websites that can be used by the organisation and increase more
effectiveness of the organisation with e-commerce activities (García-Peñalvo and Kearney,
2016). As a result, business objectives can be accomplished to focus on more significant
advantages.
Rationale of research study
With the help of present report shows ways that assists to include e-commerce activities
as digital technological advantages at workplace which increase positive results at workplace.

Design team can be more effective that assists to engage industry and public stakeholders. As a
result, it also provides rich context of feedback and proposal that can be implement in the
business to accomplish their goals and targets. In consultation process, it also assists to maintain
more creativity and effectiveness that ascertained several advantages at workplace (Birbeck,
Lawson and Olivier, 2017). E-commerce activities also helps to evaluate different stakeholders
through consultation process. Therefore, it can be stated that it can manage effective functioning
with using scheme and consultation process that assists to focus on goals and objectives (Ojo,
2016).

Significance of research
In order to conduct present study, it can be seen that different elements of e-commerce
assists to focus on appropriate functioning. In this regard, stakeholder can be easily engage in
chosen enterprise to get more success and appropriate working. With the help of social media,
online promotion, etc. Morrison can engage their stakeholders in business. Therefore, they are
able to communicate more effective functions and operations at workplace. It also increases
activities that promoted with more tools and techniques (Lo and Lam, 2015). Nowadays there are
several tools helps to engage stakeholders with e-commerce activities such as Facebook, Twitter,
Instagram.

Engaging with stakeholders in retail sector business through e-commerce activities as digital
technology
According to the Chaffey, (2015) stakeholders are very important part of the business as
they are key to achieve success. In today's era, e-commerce is one of the popular technology
which are been used by customer in order to engage the stakeholder in the business. E-commerce
is the commercial transaction conducted electronically on the internet. It is very important for the
business to use the e-commerce tools and techniques in order to make the stakeholder satisfied.
In order to engage employees within the business, the best way company can use it's that they
can provide e-training to there staff to make them trained and skilled. E-training is the is
delivering the knowledge by the use of digital technology. Providing e-training to employees
make them engage with the e-commerce activities.
As per the Nica and Potcovaru, (2015) E-commerce is also very essential for the
engaging customers with the company. It is fact that, entire retail industry is now running on the
social media. Thus, company can provide products and services to customer though online
media. It becomes more convenient for customers and the goal of company to make them engage
with the e-commerce activities will also be fulfilled. In addition to this, in rural and remote areas
where people suffer and they have to compromise due to small shops. In this case, Morrisons
online services and use of e-commerce activities will be very fruitful for the entire organisation
as well as for customers living in rural or remote areas.
Men and Tsai, (2015) stated that, With the use of E-commerce activities, company
operating in retail sector can also use payment through online. It is also one of the best ways to
engage customers and suppliers both. Customers can easily visit to the supermarket without
having cash as they can transfer the amount through various online application. On the other
hand, in case of suppliers, company can also make payment through online as well as order to
products from the latest digital technologies, thus, organisation can also make the suppliers
