Company retreat gives the associates to create advanced mission, vision and business strategies. The information system development company which is selected for this project is ABC Private Limited. An amazing company retreat has the capability to transform their designed and developed systems. This step helps the companies to get elementary and long term sustainable success. For accomplishing the retreat plan project manager and the administration needs to follow certain basic guidelines. The project manager will spend money for the employees to give them some off days to motivate and encourage them. The location chosen for the retreat program is Canada. In the native country the company has been very much successful but according to their new business strategies this new location will give the employees of ABC Private Limited measurable refreshment and motivation as well.However, before initiating the retreat programit is mandatory for the company to develop a plan to avoid internal conflict and difficulties.A plan has been designed and developed in the below section considering scope statement, WBS, cost and project priority matrix. 2. Project scope statement Before final inception of the project a planning document should be prepared by the project manager by taking approval from the executives to take all employees to another country to give them a new refreshed environment to have fun and entertainment. However, the company

In the below section a detail event statement document is prepared and presented. The statement design for the project is “retreat of ABC private Limited from Australia to Canada”. Project objective To select the most suitable location where the employees will be taken for the annual retreat program To provide them such a nature where they can refresh their mind sets with new work energy and motivation To get familiar withthe current social and environment and social condition of Canada To accomplish the retreat project (from Australia to Canada) within an estimated budget of $24,000.00. Deliverables There are certain specific deliverables for this retreat project or the collective objective of the project is to select a great country or location where the company heads can take their employees to provide them a refresh new environment.
