advantage. Further work life balance is an organization change which is designed for reducing
work family conflict. There work life balance practices enable workers to be effective in both
their personal and professional life. If there is more control of employee on their live then they
can easily manage their family and work. It can be stated that if there is more control on work
life the it is beneficial for employer and employee. Further the balance between personal and
professional life result in quality of personal relationship and organizational outcome.
