INTRODUCTION
Supply chain refers to the process of activities, information and resources which are
involved in movement and supply of a product as well as services to consumer or a market
(Bulut, 2021). In this contemporary business environment, it is critically important to focus
on how the products and services are to be reached to customer in appropriate manner. Main
aim of this essay is to understand importance of eliminating the child labour within a global
supply chain. This essay consists of comparison between for and against banning all forms of
child labour and supply chain.

Supply chain is a critical process which is needed to be understood in proper manner
as because every organisation adapt the concept of supply chain in which movement of
products and services are being done in order to reach to customers. There are many equal
and all the relation in the market which uses children as a labour to execute the supply chain
activities with cost effective manner (Chauhan, 2020). Many organisations uses the different
methods to use to learn as a labour and ensure that they are being not I like you two bodies of
government authorities so the problem is not faced. This has been also examining that many
practitioners and activist are there who bring awareness towards such mind of situations
within a society and community. Furthermore, it is also analysed that appropriate research is
being done in order to examine the proper scenario.
So argument has been discussed in both the context for as well as against banning of
all forms of child labour in supply chains which is further discussed below-
For banning all forms of child labour in supply chain
I am in the favour of the statement of banning all forms of child labour in selecting as
because using child labour in supply chain is a dangerous decisions and it also impacts upon
their mind set as well as education level (Papathanassiou, 2020).
According to BBC news, they also reported that children need to be provided with
good education health and safety so that they are able to live life and prosper manner.
According to the International labour organisation, they too stated that investing children
education can result in better productivity and profitability to both economy of a country as
well as business sector. It is duty of a government to conduct of internal as well as external
research on the basis of age it is easy to identify people who use children with their illegal
practices.
