EDUCATION ARTIFACT Academicals skill related to my development is with the use of Microsoft Excel and power-point. This poster will cover all key skills related to the use of Microsoft power-point and excel along with the academicals strengths and weaknesses. It will provide ways to improve the academicals needs on the basis of the weakness discovered in Swot. Strengths Active Listening ability Strong teamwork ability Skills related to Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Weaknesses Problem solving ability Creative Thinking Opportunities Strongcommunicationwouldhelpinthe developinggoodrelationshipsandsourcesof future growth. Lack of clear understanding of the career path. Poor financial condition. From my experience I have been able to develop a strong level of skills related to the use of Microsoft power-point and excel which are one of the most essential tools for the academicals learning (Sump, Mottau and LeBlanc,, 2019). These are said to be the tool that not only provide us to present the learning which we have been able to gather but also interpret the data that can be gathered or used in a form of representation. I am able to provide my learning in a more detailed form of presentation that wouldotherwiseallowmetogainthekey knowledge that is required otherwise. Visually I learned through watching videos which were tutorials regarding these tools for me to develop my understanding. Audibly I was able learning from my teacher and their instruction that helps me to gain access to the dos and don’ts. Reading skills of my learning about the key practices related to the success of using power point and excel was to develop my learning experiences as an individual for the growth of myacademicalsknowledgeaboutthelearning. Although there was no form of kinaesthetic learning involved in my experience but with the help of my daily ups and downs for the classes related to the learning was the key factor to my success which brought me the strategies that are required for the growth (Mulyani and et.al., 2021). Practice has been the key factor for the development of this learning which has been able to develop the understanding of my learning in way that it bring growth to the presentation of the assessments. I used internet for my help to find the key steps and skills needed for the development these skills. My success also dependent on the management of the key practices that required for the growth of the learning opportunities. SMART OBJECTIVE SPECIFIC- to enhance me excel skills to advance levels.
