INTRODUCTION
In the present era, if company really wants to achieve its goals and objectives, then they
need to consider problems of their employees and provide them flexible working hours schedule
facility. The report will prepare the questionnaire in which total 13 question are asked to the 30
employees of the M&S company. On the basis of this questionnaire the report will interpret the
situation of the company and their employees and whether the company is providing the flexible
working time to their employees or not.

To analyse the impact of flexible working hours schedule over company's performance.
A study on Mark and Spencer (M&S).

To understand the concept of flexible working hours.
To evaluate different methods related to flexible working hours in M&S.
To identify the impacts of flexible working condition on the performance of M&S.
To provide necessary recommendations for addressing different challenges associated
with flexible working practices.

Interpretation:
From the above mentioned table and chart, it is identified that 30% of the employees of
the company are strongly agreed that the company should have flexible working hours schedule
as a part of the company policy. In the same context, the 23% of the employees are also agree
with a policy which provide them flexible working hours in the organization because it reduces
their work stress (Bird and Brown, 2018). But on the other hand, 10% of the employees are
strongly disagreeing with such an policy because they feel that any work which are of their
interest do not make them feel stressed. And 20% of the employees are also supporting them by
agreeing that the company should not have and also not need to make a policy regarding flexible
working hours. While out of all, there are also 17% of the employees giving no comment on such
a statement. So from the above analysis it is interpret that the company should have to make a
policy supporting the flexible working hours because of majority of votes.
