INTRODUCTION
IT system have emerged as one of the greatest tool for the industries as it have
contributed in the rapid growth and development of the organisations. Introduction of various IT
solutions have also increased the operational efficiency of the staff members as it have
provisioned various tools that provides automated work and it has also ease the complicated
tasks of the firms. This study will help in analysing the functions and use of establishing the IT
system in the Volkswagan. It will also help in providing solutions which can be derived from the
IT System in order to achieve the the main objectives of the organisations. The report will also
concentrate towards identifying the different ways of IT system in processing and storing the
data in order to manage the data efficiently. The research will also create an understanding about
implementing the system that support value added change.

1.1 Use of IT system in different functions of the organisation
The IT system maintains the computerised information system that help to process the
data efficiently and effectively within the organisation. This IT based system also helps in
producing the useful and timely information which helps in improving the communication
infrastructure of the Volkswagan for adopting automated functions within the firm. This also
helps in managing the hardware, software and networking requirements of the Volkswagan.
Being the Trainee IT manager in consultancy firm, one have to retrain the employees about use
of advanced technology in order to improve the working efficiency of the staff members within
the organisations (Carter, Carter and Pylkkanen,2018). Various functions of organisations are
described below that uses the IT system in order to improve the performance of the Volkswagan.
Appropriate implementation of the IT system within the organisation will also contribute towards
the growth and development of the business and hence it will leads to the achievement of the
main objective of the Volkswagan. Different function of organisation that uses the IT system are
as follows:
Finance
The financial function of the enterprise is the most crucial department that manages inflow and
outflow of cash within the hospitals. This department determines the appropriate figure of loses
and profits that are incurred by the Volkswagan. This generally consists of various functionalities
such as Account receivable records, Account payable records, Payroll records, Inventory control

record, General ledgers, etc. In order to manage such financial information in the Volkswagan
there is a major requirement to store the database which consists of various fund management.
Such tasks can be managed by using ROS, financial auditors etc. This can be possible by
introducing the IT system in the Volkswagan which can reduce paper work work in managing all
the financial data of the private hospitals. IT system keeps the records of payrolls, inflow and
outflow of the financial resource within the firm (Faddeev, 2016). IT system tools that help in

Administration:
Administration department are performs the work in managing overall employees data
that provides the particular identity to the individual employees. So in order to manage all the
tasks of the workforce Implementation of MIS (Management information system) helps in
providing the functionalities that help in keeping the overall records of the staff members in the
Volkswagan. This IT system enables the efficient management of large bulk of database in an
organisation.
Human resource function
Application of updated IT system tools can also supports the human resource function by
managing the work of the workforce and according to the individual performance of the
employees rewards and recognitions are provided that help in motivating the staff members and
this will increase the productivity of the Volkswagan. IT system helps in tracking the activities of
workers who works within the privater hospital and therefore it detects their exact productivity
which they are directly delivering to the consumers. It can be performed using HRIS (Human
resource information system) software in the Volkswagan. In order to use the updated
technological equipment employees are also needed to provide trainings and development
campaigns that help staff members in understanding the concept of properly implementing the
IT system in the Hospitals (Fang, Xia, and Jiang, 2015). Such trainings are also provided by HR

within the firm (Greenhalgh, 2015). It engage the employees in bigger and effective tasks
that ultimately contribute towards the achievement of organisational objective.
 Introduction of HRIS system helps in helps in maintaining the human resource database
and this database also contains the 150 to 200 data items which includes personal data,
educational history, skills occupational background such as occupied position, individual
performance, individual salary etc. management of the crucial data and confidential
information may leads to the information security that result in sustainability of the
Volkswagan for the longer time.
 Use of MIS software in the Volkswagan determines the systematic use of IT system in
order to manage the the flow of information and this is also used in point of data
collection, logistics and inventory control and internal communication. Effective
implementation of such techniques may contribute towards the efficient and effective
information and this leads to the achievement of main objectives.
 implementation of Budget and financial Audits in the order to manage the financial
information of the Volkswagan helps in specifying the resources which are committed to
particular plan or a specific project. This contribute in the growth and development of the
organisation that help in sustaining the Volkswagan in market for a longer run.

As the organisation is the collection of many subunits and all the departments carry their
individual data within the Volkswagan and this huge amount of database need to be managed
effectively that is the major point of concern for any industry. So earlier staff managers

maintains the huge bulk of data by keeping such records in a paper format which was very
complicated task that consumes huge time in retrieving, inserting and manipulating the database.
So IT system have provided various useful techniques to manage such heavy and bulky database
in the Volkswagan (Kameyama and Yoshida, 2015). IT system can be considered as the
collection of integrated subsystems that ensures the input, process and outcomes accordingly
with the use of automated techniques. There are various types of systems are generally used in
order to store and process the data for example, biological data, mechanical data, social system
etc. Various methodologies are used to manage the IT system such ways are explained as below:
Knowledge management (KM)
In order to improve the skills and knowledge of the employees regarding the use of
updated technology helps workforce in understand pros and cons of using particular software.
Updated knowledge and working skills regarding the use of such IT software in the Volkswagan
helps in individual growth and development of the employees. This require the timely trainings
and companions regarding influencing the uses and outcomes of such information system
software. Knowledge Management System supports the organisation in provisioning the proper

implementing the use of IT system and its various software that supports the management of
huge database and human resource within the firm and hence this also helps in improving the
overall performance of the Volkswagan. Introduction of various IT solutions within the business
helps in changing the value added services of the firm and hence this helps in improving the

producing the best quality of services which leads to the building the strong customer

completing the efficient work of the firm. AI software are generally implemented for performing
the specific functions or tasks such as remote sensing, medical diagnosis in hospitals, electronic

trading, robot control etc. Automated Trading system can be performed by implementing the
Artificial intelligence in the business which mainly helps in marketing research of the
Volkswagan that determines the requirement of the consumers in order to satisfy the needs of the
customer. Such customised products will attract large number of consumers and hence This
increases the purchasing power of the consumers that ultimately leads to maximum profitability
of the enterprise.

in performing various computing devices and mechanical and digital machines, objects and
people who are assigned with the unique identity and ability to transfer the data over a network.

computer interactions within the industry. This system ensures the automated functionalities of
the business that helps in improving the performance of the Volkswagan. Internet Of Things is
the system which consists of components such as sensors or devices, connectivity, data
processing, user interface etc. this system software also helps in performing the integrated
functions that helps in improving the performance of the business such functions are as follows:
1. Sensors/ Devices: sensors or devices collect the data from their environment. Thee IT
systems In IOT can be used as sensing the things for Example phone consists of software
that has multiple sensors which detects various s things. Such sensors are camera,
accelerometer, GPS etc.
2. Connectivity: The data is sent to the cloud in order to store the data and information on
the internet using various techniques such as Cellular, satellite, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth etc.
3. Data processing: This is considered as the technique which helps in processing the kinds
of data which mainly helps in verifying and verification of such data which is kept at

4. User interface: User interface is the important thing that help in interacting with the
internet. User interface is the application which helps the user in interacting with the
Network.

Recommend practical IT system solutions for organisational scenario that cover a range of
business problems.
It is very important to implement IT systems in order to improve organizational
efficiency. This will help in increasing productivity and operational efficiency. Through this,
Volkswagen will be able to produce high quality products and manage its operations
systematically. By implementation of IT systems, performance can be enhanced. It will also
support in doing complex task in easier way (Wang and Wei, 2016). furthermore, the
communication between departments will be done instantly and handling of operations will be
automated. There are several IT systems that can be implemented by Volkswagen. these are as
follows :-
Cloud computing – Volkswagen can implement cloud computing system that will enable in
providing after sales services to people. also, it will help in identifying their problems and
providing real time solutions. Besides this, it will be easy for Volkswagan to gain customer
satisfaction and retain them. apart from this, Volkswagen will not have to maintain their IT
infrastructure and cloud computing will provide a platform through which it will be easy to avail
service by customers easily. Moreover, it is easy to maintain cloud computing systems.
CONCLUSION
It is been concluded from the above study that advancement of IT system in an
organisations had supported the growth and development of the Volkswagan which ultimately
contributes towards the long term sustainability of the firm. The report had made a clear
understanding about the role of IT system in different department which supports the
management of data and had leads to the achievement of objectives within an organisation. The
study had also concluded various solutions that helped in introducing flexible and reliable IT
system in order to satisfy consumer requirements. It had also provided various IT system
methods which supports Value added change within Volkswagan. This report have also
supported this context by providing various recommendations and suggestions for the
improvement of efficiency within the firm.
