The present report isbased on the impact of social-media or social networking on the performance of Bakers Delight.In this project, the advantages as well as disadvantages of social networking on the business ofBakers Delight is described. The benefits can be like assistance of social media in promoting theproducts and services of organisation. Company can make advertisement of their products oncertain websites like Face book, You tube, Twitter, etc. This helps in attracting large number ofcustomers towards their goods and services. But at the same time there are some limitations ofsocial networking like risk of hacking of sensitive information of corporation in the case ofcommunicating confidential data by using social-media.Project Objectives It is noted that there are various different companies that gives retailing services in thismodern era. The usage of social media have been enhanced. Furthermore, the Bakers Delight isvery progressive in this case and covers 75 % total reviews also. Therefore, advantages anddisadvantages are required to be discussed so that this ventures' performance can be examined. Aim : To recognise the advantages and disadvantages of social networking on the performanceof Bakers Delight. Here, the study focuses on the impacts of social network on the company.The view points of different authors are described over this so that people can easily understandit. The methodologies such as qualitative as well as quantitative researches are also explainedwhich aids in gathering information related to the topic.
