things from the life such as that an individual should focus on skills and capabilities because it
help me and others to select career which improve my life-style. In regard to organisation it is
analysed by me that leadership also perform an important role for me because it aids me to
accomplish long term goals. Further, the importance of cloud computing and technology for
sustaining in current market is understand. This also aids me to select different techniques
through which strategies are developed by me for improving my career through conducting
