INTRIDUCTION
In this reflection things covered is based upon background of Amazon and needs for it to
shift to physical store. Also the concepts in relation to physical stores has been discussed making
Amazon expand itself with full efficiency. Through reflection concept of physical stored has
been marked out.

Background of Amazon and why Amazon has decided to move onto physical store?
I have analysed that Amazon is an American multinational technology company that has
been dealing with e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence.
The organization is among the Big Five company of US. Its has been listed with other
information technology companies which are Google (Alphabet), Apple, Meta (Facebook), and
Microsoft. The company has been referred as one of the most influential economic and cultural
forces in the world(Jain, Jones and Thammasitboon, 2020). The company has been influencing
economic and cultural forces within the world and become more valuable brand. Also I gained
knowledge that Jeff Bezos is the founder of Amazon and started the company in Bellevue,
Washington. Further I have read about Amazon that it started as an online market for books and
expanded by selling electronics, software, video games, apparel, furniture, food, toys, and
jewellery. Also I have made observation done over the growth of Amazon and has left behind
Further, I have made more detail study on Amazon which made me realized that
disruption of well-established industries through technological innovation and mass scale. It
emerged as world's largest online marketplace, AI assistant provider , live streaming platform
and computing platform as per the revenue and market capitalization. I have studied that
Amazon become largest Internet company by revenue in the world and second largest private
employer within United States. As per my view the organization has highest global brand
valuation all over the world. I have realized that Amazon has been moving to physical store in
order to make its expansion possible within retail sector. This move of amazon in my opinion is
important as it make changes possible within customers shopping experiences. “Consumer
expectations are super-charged and Amazon sees the opportunity to bring the physical store into
the 21st century. Amazon’s shops will not and do not just replicate other retailers’ in-store

experience. Instead, Amazon is highlighting all the friction points in the customer shopping
journey and eliminating them as much as possible in its own stores. So the online retailer is
moving into the physical retail market because it sees a spot for someone - Amazon - who’ll
challenge the status quo. Another reason in my opinion is that Amazon wants to grow its
ecosystem through opening physical store display of the products is done which makes
customers taste and preferences understood in more effective manner. In my view point Amazon
after entering in physical store allows to increase customer base within particular country.
Through such idea Amazon is able to form strong customer base. It helps in making Amazon's
personal brand like Symbol and Amaze Fit reach large audiences. I have realized that through
physical store boost within sales of Amazon. Through making access possible for physical store
shipping cost is reduced and also return process becomes smooth which is going to improve
customer's experience. These stores makes sure that all segments of customers are targetted and
product circulation cycle is developed. It make return process easy as delivery agents are not
required to pick product from customer's residence. This is helpful in making customers benefit
increased and helps in covering basic aspects making company like Amazon achieve its goals
and objective. I have also made realized that Amazon through physical store is able to improve
functioning of Amazon(Kawano, 2018).
I have realized that shifting to physical store makes Amazon offer convenience to its
customers as it helps in fulfilling immediate requirements of customers effectively by offering
them product which is required. It makes brand value increase more effectively. I have
understood that Amazon is able to let Customers Test Merchandise which helps in making
customers understand about quality of product. This makes customers preferences to be fulfilled
in more effective manner and Amazon with its variety of products is able to satisfy customers
with their needs. Amazon with this increase profit and revenue(Burns and et. al., 2019).
I have understood from the discussion that Amazon is willing to open physical store for
making its expansion possible within retail sector. In my opinion Amazon through its physical
stores is able to capture market of particular country in no time. Also I have understood that
physical store leads upon improving Amazon's efficiency related to diverse range of products.
Amazon with the helps of physical store makes its return policies more flexible in nature. In my
analysis Amazon is able to develop its strong customer base by making variety of products
circulated within market as per customers needs.

CONCLUSION
From the reflection the concept related to physical store and its impact over amazon has
been identified which is helpful in making the organization create positive impact on its growth.
Also physical store makes its product quality enhanced. Through physical store amazon makes
goals and objectives achieved in more effective manner.
