In this reflection things covered is based upon background of Amazon and needs for it to
shift to physical store. Also the concepts in relation to physical stores has been discussed making
Amazon expand itself with full efficiency. Through reflection concept of physical stored has
been marked out.

Background of Amazon and why Amazon has decided to move onto physical store?
I have analysed that Amazon is an American multinational technology company that has
been dealing with e-commerce, cloud computing, digital streaming and artificial intelligence.
The organization is among the Big Five company of US. Its has been listed with other
information technology companies which are Google (Alphabet), Apple, Meta (Facebook), and
Microsoft. The company has been referred as one of the most influential economic and cultural
forces in the world(Jain, Jones and Thammasitboon, 2020). The company has been influencing
economic and cultural forces within the world and become more valuable brand. Also I gained
knowledge that Jeff Bezos is the founder of Amazon and started the company in Bellevue,
Washington. Further I have read about Amazon that it started as an online market for books and
expanded by selling electronics, software, video games, apparel, furniture, food, toys, and
jewellery. Also I have made observation done over the growth of Amazon and has left behind
Further, I have made more detail study on Amazon which made me realized that
disruption of well-established industries through technological innovation and mass scale. It
emerged as world's largest online marketplace, AI assistant provider , live streaming platform
and computing platform as per the revenue and market capitalization. I have studied that
Amazon become largest Internet company by revenue in the world and second largest private
employer within United States. As per my view the organization has highest global brand
valuation all over the world. I have realized that Amazon has been moving to physical store in
order to make its expansion possible within retail sector. This move of amazon in my opinion is
important as it make changes possible within customers shopping experiences. “Consumer
expectations are super-charged and Amazon sees the opportunity to bring the physical store into
