Executive Summary
Business is a broad term where the companies are able to sell their products and
offerings to the customers and in return generates profitability. In other words, it is a place
where proper buying and selling take place. In this report, the business model has been
explained that helps in developing company’s mission, vision and strategic business tools.
The value preposition model has been explained that explains the importance of the product
for the customer and describes the reason for which they are buying the product. The supply
chain management has been taken into account that helps in making the product available to
the customers at the right time so that no difficulty would be faced by customers at the time
of consuming the product. Selection and innovation tools have been selected which provides
base for the overall business and explain the effectiveness of using them.
