Introduction
The research paper verges on the application of various leadership theories that are
applicable for any for-profit organization that may help the organization to achieve the targeted
goals. The goals are set by the leaders, but the leadership helps focus on the target and achieve it
successfully. The paper provides detailed overview of various leadership theories in a suggestive
method that will help the educational organization, which will help it to improve and boost the
staff morale and dissatisfied students. (Grundy 2017).
The application of leadership theories verges on the personality and mostly on the current
situation of the organization. The leadership theories varies according to its need of application.
Certain leadership theories can be applied or followed that will make the staff and the students of
the educational organization more enthusiastic and enhance their working capability and attitude
towards their given agenda. (Stogdill 1974).
Situational Theory
The variables are many when there are more than one problems faced by the company.
The educational organizations can adopt the mode of Situational Theory of leadership,
depending on the then situation and condition of the company. Applying this mode of leadership
will help the organization to adapt to any situation that may appear and also to cope up with it. It
is a well proposed and preferred mode of leadership theory. This kind of theory verges upon the
variability of the situation that may arise in the organization. This makes the theory to depend on
various situational variables. (Thompson & Glasø 2015).

I find this type of leadership theory to be applicable for the company as the company is
presently is dealing with low morale and also the loss of enthusiasm. This kind of leadership will
motivate the staff and the students, also and motivate them to work accordingly.
Transformational Theory
According to Hawkins (2017), the use of Transformational Theory of leadership has
resulted to be a lot more effective than other type of leadership theories. It is because this
specific type of theory is developed based on the inspirational, intellectual, idealized ad
individualized type of motivation, stimulation, influence, influence and consideration. All these
appear to be lot more influential as it motivates the people under the command of the leader. The
transformational type of leadership takes the transformation from one type of leadership
processes and then proceeds a different type of processes and vice versa.
I consider this type of leadership to be very effective and efficient in handling and
managing the people who are under the watch of the leader as the leader follows several steps
and processes, which enhances the leader to watch carefully the people under him closely and
also to analyze the capability and productivity of them. Thus the theory is applicable and used by
many because it helps in accessing the work rate of the person for whom the leader is concerned.
(Lussier & Achua 2015).
Servant Theory
Another very important type of leadership that may be adopted for the educational
organization is by applying the Servant Theory of leadership. It is a kind of leadership that is
completely dependent on the dedicative and commitment of the person who is serving the
company. This acts as a highly motivational factor which keeps the employees motivate and
